Siis remontoitu hotelli henkilökunta ei osannut juurikaan englantia, alakerran huoneet ovat kadun varressa ja kaikki äänet kuuluvat huoneeseen, varaus tehtiin 4 hengen sviittiin mutta saimmekin 2 erillistä huonetta... |

The rooms were clean and rennovated. The service of the receptionist was great. The hotel was not too far of the subway so you could easily go were you wanted. They didnt gave us the rooms we booked, they put us in the casa meditteranea. They should work better with booking.com cause next customers will not be so easy going as we were. |

The courtyard, cleanliness of rooms, free parking can be found around, good breakfast if you get up early. There was no menu at the restaurant (when you ordered something you did not know how much it was going to cost - a bottle of water was once 2.5 Euros and another time 3 Euros) we booked the double rooms with bathrooms but they offered us an appartment with three rooms and only one bathroom, one room was very small, far from city center, the breakfast is poor for late sleepers because the do not refill the plateaus. |

I like the staff they are really wonderful... I felt that I'm still in my home with my family.. And they trying to do there best just to make you satisfy... and I'll never forget the delicious food :p and the location was very quiet and near to shanberun castle. The hotel need a left and close garage. |

It's only a short walk to Schönbrunn Palace, subway is near and need only few minutes to get to the city center and friendly personnel We booked 2 bedrooms suite and we stay in 4 single bedrooms, very nice big bathroom but not for couples, poor breakfast. |

Nice and quiet hotel - and friendly personnel boiler for hot water was in our room (202) but this boiler was activating also when the room next door needed hot water .... ennoying |

the staff was young and helpful,the rooms were spacious. you can easily reach the center of the town. the wireless just works in the restaurant area not in the rooms. the meal is quite expensive and we didn't receive any bill for the meal. |

the rooms are spacious. they don't have a parking place, the parking is in front of the hotel and you must be carreful where you park the car . wireless internet is available only in the reception area. |

Location was outside of centre and therefore cheaper, but it was fast to reach centre via subway &/or bus. Booked a 2 bedroom suite which was a bit misleading as we ended up staying in a separate wing of the hotel which had 4 bedrooms in the hall, but very nice big bathroom. Other 2 bedrooms were empty. |

La cordialità e disponibilità di Adriano, Matthias ed Enrico, a cui porgo i miei più sentiti ringraziamenti e saluti. La colazione è ottima e nei dintorni il parcheggio è gratis. Le camere sono accoglienti e funzionali. |

Todo y los inconvenientes surgidos , el personal intentó colaboró en solucionarlo. La habitación ofrecida no se correspondió con la reservada. El baño se compartía entre 5 habitaciones de una misma planta. Es esto 4 estrellas? |

Habitaciones muy grandes, es como pisos reformados, muy espaciosos con salon. El personal muy agradable. El desayuno con poca variedad, pero con zumo de naranja natural. Tiene la caldera del gas-calefaccion dentro del piso. Tendría que estar prohibido. Tiene una parada de bus en la puerta pero deja de circular a las 20h. y no circula los festivos. El metro a 15 mnt. andando y calles solitarias por la noche. |

Wir haben uns wegen der drei tage nicht noch mehr ärgern wollen. Sie sollten aber dieses Hotel aus Ihrenm Angebot streichen. Die Hotelleitung ist unfreundlich, arrogant bis dreist, die Hotelbeschreibung im Internet entspricht in keiner Weise den Tatsachen, die Möbel sind verschlissen, das Bad in wesentlichen Teilen, da Armaturen fehlen, nicht zu benutzen. Auf Beschwerden wird nicht reagiert. Keinesfalls 4Sterne-Standard |

Ein offenbar zu Booking dazwischen geschaltenen "Vermittlers" (lt. Aussage der Chefin) ergab einenn völlig anderen und zwar für mich sehr negativen Qualitätsstandard (1. Nacht eine Art kleines Personalzimmer, WC und Dusche am Gang) und Ausquartierung für die 2. Nacht in ein anderes Hotel.. |
