friendly staff at the reception, offered help with questions about the city, ordered taxis anytime requested, booked restaurant table when asked etc. THe room was very clean and spacious, with modern furniture and had all what you would require from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was very good, with lots of choice and lasted until 11am, very helpful for guests on vacation. it is a bit out of the centre - it takes 20 minutes to walk there, but during the night, when it is dark and cold (we were there during Xmas with night temperatures reaching -6 to -10 Celsius at night) you need a taxi which costs about 6-7 euro |

staff very friendly and room comfortable and clean breakfast buffet very good extensive choice of food and good quality I had made a dinner reservation for 20.00hrs on Christmas Eve which was confirmed by email before we arrived. However at 19.10hrs on Christmas Eve we received a phone call from reception asking where we were and that it was a communal dinner starting from 19.00hrs promptly. They were not interested in our explanantion. Also the one night we ordered Room Service an hour after ordering we phoned and were told they hadnt got our room number. It took a further hour to get our food by which time I had lost my appetite. |
