breakfest till 11 a.m. and very good, nice design in the room, clean bathroom, good bed ;) noise from the street by the opened window, no mini-bar and even a fridge, cold floor in the bathroom |

The decor of the rooms was very attractive and they were a good size, the bathroom facilities were also of a very high standard. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic - lots of choice It was slightly far out of town, though there is a bus, it would have been easier with a car. |

Nice clean rooms; good breakfast Upon check out, they told us the credit card system was not working and would not be available for some time to come. After many years of travel, this is the first time this has happened to us at a hotel. Now we have to pay for a wire transfer from our home bank. |

Das Hotelpersonal ist einer der freundlichsten die wir kennengelernt haben - und wir sind mind. 10 mal im Jahr in einem Hotel!!!! Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig! Die Raucherzimmer sind sehr modern und sauber - man riecht nicht einmal dass es ein Raucherzimmer ist. Normalerweise sind Raucherzimmer immer älter eingerichtet - obwohl man das gleiche bezahlt! Die Heizung haben wir nicht ganz durchblickt ;-) |

Personal fast schon übertrieben freundlich und auch sehr bemüht. Ein Badezimmer mit riesigem Spiegel und Badewanne spiegelt auch den Stil des Hotels wieder. Reichliche Frühstücksbuffetauswahl und von 06:30 bis 11:00 Uhr (für alle die Ausschlafen wollen); Kein Eiskasten im Zimmer, die Lage ist ein bisschen vom Schuss aber mit dem Bus kommt man schnell überall hin. Der Fernseher war sehr klein (37cm Diagonale). Die Heizung läuft über das Klimaanlagensystem, daher in der Nacht immerwieder das Geräusch des Gebläses (war mitunter etwas störend). Strom gibt es nur bei eingesteckter Schlüsselkarte, daher ist zB eine Akkuaufladung untertags (während man außer Haus ist) nicht möglich. |

Rooms well equipped and awesome breakfast. Quality vs price excellent It is located out of the centre. The day I was checking-out the receptionist was super rude just because we were asking an invoice for the company. |

Super Frühstücksbuffet, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer, herrlicher Ausblick auf den Kapuzienerberg, Busverbindung fast vor dem Haus in die Innenstadt möglich und es gibt ein paar kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Leider keine Minibar auf dem Zimmer. Klimaanlage läßt sich nicht ausschalten und ist leider sehr laut. Nur wenn das Zimmerfenster geöffnet ist, ist Sie aus. Leider ist dann der Straßenlärm hörbar. Es gibt einen kleinen Trick, am Fenster ist oben ein kleiner Metallschalter angebracht, wenn man diesen abzieht meint die Klimaanlage auch bei geschlossenem Fenster, das es noch geöffnet ist und bleibt deshalb aus. |

Ist sehr sauber und angenehm ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und freundlich. Die Bar hat rund um die Uhr offen. Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und reichhaltig. |
