Everything was of the best quality and standard. The owners were very friendly and helpful, the chalet was outstanding. We had such a wonderful time and are definitely planning on coming back.
A group of friends and I (6 in total) just spent a fantastic week at Chalet Gletscherblick, connected to the Hotel Gletscherblick with all of its amenities. We could not have hoped for better accommodations. The Chalet was very spacious and comfortable -- it has 3 double bedrooms with 2 full baths on the second floor, a living room and kitchen with half bath on the main floor, and a rec room with private sauna, shower and bath in the basement. The hotel's cleaning staff cleans the chalet every day, so when you're back from the slopes everything is taken care of -- beds are made, towels are changed, kitchen and dining room are cleaned. The chalet also includes a ski room with a warming rack for boots/gloves. The kitchen has everything you would need for self-catering, but you may need nothing at all because the meals served at the hotel, a half block away, are phenomenal. The breakfasts had everything you would want - eggs; a large selection of meats, cheeses, breads and pastries; a juicer with fresh fruits and vegetables; plenty of cereals, yogurts, and dried fruits. We were full every day. The dinners (we attended the weekly Gala dinner on Sunday night, and an Italian dinner later in the week) were delicious, with plenty of food. And the waitstaff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is fine - there is a shuttle bus that runs every 10-15 minutes and takes you directly to two different main lift locations in about a five minute ride. The service was the best part of all. The hotel is family-run, and they take great care of the place. Sondra greeted us when we arrived, and helped to arrange everything we needed - lift tickets, free ski and boot storage at the mountain (so we did not need to drag our equipment back and forth), lessons and mountain guides. She gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat.
Nothing. The entire stay was exceptional.
La casa es ideal y los propietarios muy amables.
