thoughtful staff and attention to detail: eg. extra blanket in room, first-class breakfast with requested gluten-free bread; bath tub as well as shower; spacious room; 2 doors between corridor and room; reasonably quiet at back of hotel; excellent value for money |

Great location, ten minutes by car from the airport, ten minutes on foot from the fine Brau Haus restaurant. Excellent breakfast was a bonus. |

Although the room was small and by the noisy street, it was quiet after closed the window, and had wet bar, free internet access, bright room lights plus friendly staff, and great breakfast buffet. Very nice! Easy to reach airport, but go to city Vienna it counts 2 tickets. |

Very friendly and helpful especially the gentleman at the front desk. He went out of his way to fulfill all our requests and did this with a smile. The whole staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends. Thank-you for a great stay.. |

The breakfast was include in the hotel price, it was really good , pastry, home made jam, butter,different ham ,salami, cheese, cereal , coffee, tea, etc...The quick access to the S bahn , the proximity of the airport 3 stations away (5 min) and 5 to the town (15 min) |

A hotel very close to the airport and close enough to the city. Friendly staff and a very kind man (the boss?) at the reception. Great breakfast buffet.In general, cosy atmosphere and an aura of cuteness. |

excellent with friendly staff, good breakfast, extremely(^^;) clean room, free wireless internet, good bathroom with bath, private desk, wide room, not expensive price... U-bahn & S-bahn provide good links to city center and it doesn't take long to there(in 25 minutes). but S-bahn comes twice an hour, which can make some inconvenience. |

Hotel personnel were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean. A bit outside Vienna, probably not very accessible if you do not have a car. |

The service is good. Very friendly staff. I think it was the owner. The reception closes 20.30, but they have a machine where you can get your card. I do however always prefer having people around in a hotel. Perhaps for the fact also that I am a girl travelling alone. |

The room was comfortable and the staff allowed us to put two extra beds, which were comfortable, into a double room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wishes to visit the Vienna area. It is located outside of the city proper and with a short u-bahn ride you are in the city. |

The hotel was close to the train station and the airport,and the breakfast was very good. The breakfast area was fresh and modern. There is an elevator. The room was exceptionally quiet and comfortable. There was a taxi stand outside the hotel. There were only 3 places in the immediate vicinity of the hotel where you could buy dinner. Two of these sold pizza and the third was a mediocre chinese restaurant.Also I like to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. |

Clean hotel, comfortable room, friendly service, free parking and wifi, good choice of breakfast, supermarket nearby. Nothing to complain. The train schedule does not seem to correspond to the train departures/arrivals; it's better to check at the station. But it may have changed recently. |

Clean, fair sized room and good breakfast for the money If your main activity is visiting the city center I would not recommend this hotel. The public connection is good but not frequent enough. |
