The staff was very friendly and was going out of their way to cater to us. Very clean rooms. Bathrooms were very clean.

Bathroom space was a bit thigh, but that is not something that can be changed. The fitted bed sheets need to be changed due to the usage. Maybe invest in a more durable sheet with higher thread content.

10 min from airport, breakfast was good. We were first given a room that was too warm and had street nice. we complained and were given a wonderful room

Clean, lovely budget-oriented hotel extremely close to Vienna airport (just 15 euro cab ride) ideal for transit overnights in Vienna. Lovely, comfortable and clean room, and fantastic breakfast included. Very helpful staff. Don't miss the Brauhaus restaurant - a 3 minute walk from the hotel - for authentic Austrian food (schnitzel, and others), and great local Schwechat beer! The restaurant was conveniently open to midnight....

The location is not convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into my room. I liked the upgrades to the room. I found the room to be warm and inviting. I liked having the kitchnette and was surprised at how fully stock the room was with utensils and pots and pans. The room reminded me of a studio apartment. The staff was very nice and everyone I had contact with spoke English well. It really was a short subway trip from the airport to Schwechat and the time distance from the subway stop to the hotel was a short 5 minute walk, even with the snow hampering my movement. I will definitely stay at the hotel on any future visits to the area, especially if I have an early flight out of the airport.

Very friendly and service minded staff. I had a early flight and I was allowed to eat breakfast at 05.45. Excellent breakfast, actually better than in many 5 starts hotels that I´ve stayed in. Great stay if you have a early morning flight.

Stayed sunday to monday and the little town was totaly closed. There is absolutely nothing to do.

The hotel was very close to the Airport direct train for only 2 Euros, 3 stops aprox 7 minutes by train and from the train station it is really 5 minutes walk to get to the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the hotel is extremely clean and warm during the winter. TV channels and internet is great and free of charge. The breakfast was amazing with wide choice of buffet!!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a peaceful night before the next flight. There is lot of small restaurants and a spa and fitness center nearby

it's very good for 3 star hotel! Breakfast is one of the best I had and I usually stay in 4 star hotels. They make fresh scrambled eggs for you, there is a lot of sweets and salami, and the coffee is also prepared from good coffee machine! Free and fast WI FI! Room is very german - clean and functional! I used the hotel's location to go toVienna's airport in the morning - 10 min drive.

well, it's a bit far from Vienna city centre. There is no metro there, so you need your car. But the private parking is free!

The hotel is clean, and breakfast is good.

My room was in another building, which I have to cross the street and walk 3 mins, and there is no front desk or elevator in that building.... And, the wifi speed is really slow, I can hardly watch any online videos on youtube....

We stayed here on our arrival and before our departure at the Vienna airport.This hotel looks deceiving from the outside, but is exceptionally clean and comfortable.Make sure you google the exact location and print a map to take with you.It is very quiet and all rooms are non-smoking.The breakfast buffet that is included is outstanding and the staff is most helpful.We were able to check in at 11:00a.m. after a very long flight,despite the official check-in time of 1:00p.m.Also there is free parking behind the hotel whereas others have an addditional charge.A block away is a Brewhouse restaurant that was very reasonable,for dinner.All around the best value for the money and only five minutes from the airport.WE'LL BE BACK !!!!

Very nice and quite hotel. The room with two separate sleeping room was very good for the friend, who stay in one room together. The breakfast was very good.

I think that the price for staying is too high.

The room was clean, spacious and well-designed. We had a patio with chairs and table outside the room which was a nice amenity. The buffet breakfast was the best breakfast we had during our entire trip in Europe. The dining area also had outdoor tables. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Check-in was very quick and we were given a receipt at the same time so check out was not needed the following day. Close to the airport.

The breakfast was one of the best we have had in our four weeks on the road. Our room was comfortable and a good size with a small kitchenette. It suited us when arriving from another country by air, in the evening. There was good security on the building which was a separate location to the reception. Car parking was available on site.

The only problem we had was a lack of air conditioning. Only a fan was available, and it wasn't sufficient in the heat, as the room needed the shutter down to keep out the light, but it also kept out any breeze.
