The hotel is ok, clean, comfortable, well located, staff is nice, good WiFi connection Just expected more space and comfort with declared 4*, but nothing really bad, but I would give not more than 3*

The room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Very close to the trainstation. That my room was located right next to the lift and I could hear it being used.

Well worth the money. Excellent location for bus and railway plus Villach centre. Friendly , efficient staff, clean rooms with tea and coffee making with superb breakfast selection.

Hotel City was located right near the train station which was very convenient for our stopover on our way to Venice. It was a clean hotel and the breakfast was terrific. Overall nothing hugely special about the hotel but it served its purpose for us well. The staff were very nice. The furnishings were a bit outdated, but not a huge complaint - it was very clean and comfortable.

We always return to Hotel City whenever we are in Villach. The location is perfect, the staff - under the leadership of manager Karin Strickner - is exceedingly helpful, cheerful and professional, the breakfast is wonderful, the facilities are clean and everything is in excellent working condition. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone and everyone passing through this part of Austria.

They gave me the superior room as the normal was full booked. That was nice but for me not a big advantage. Nice bed, free internet, no noise-nuisance which was great. Location was great, 2 minutes from the trainplatform. Good hotel but based on my total experience (see also my negative points) the price was too high. As the room was long, there were a lot of small curtains to close which was a big job and not nice if you are tired. Airconditioning was not adjustable, it was a lottle too warm for me. I asked downstaires at the reception but nothing happened. Breakfastroom was too small, I had to share my table with other people, I don't like that!

Eigentlich gibt es in diesem Hotel nicht, was man hervorheben könnte Zimmer lieblos und alt eingerichtet, weiße und dreckige Wände, kein Bild an der Wand. Frühstück durchschnittlich, alles da, aber nichts besonderes. Hotel hat mind. 2 Sterne zuviel.

sehr ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet. Obwohl teilweise mein Aufenthalt in eine "tote Zeit" fiel, wurde das Buffet vollständig aufgebaut und keine "Sparmaßnahmen" ergriffen. Insbesondere für Teetrinker wird gesogt.

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, schön gestaltete Raucherlobby im 1. Stock (bin aber selber Nichtraucher, Raucher sind ja sonst ziemlich ausgegrenzt) Betreuung am Empfang; waren etwas überfordert.

Cały pobyt oceniamy super, obsługa naprawdę znakomita, bardzo pomocna w niestandardowych sytuacjach. Śniadania (bufet) bardzo dobrze zorganizowane i godne(y) polecenia nawet osobom wybrednym. Czysto; pokojowe bardzo dyskretne i zarazem przyjazne wobec Gości. Mały hall przy recepcji zbytnio eksploatowany w chwili rozpoczynających się imprez (grupy), blokujące cały hall - w tym dojście do windy. Dotyczyło to tylko piątków i sobót, ale ten element hotel mógłby poprawić.
