The Hotel is situated in a quiet street, and is close to the center. The hotel gives good value for the rates. The staff are polite, kind and helpful. |

The whole set up is tidy, professional and relaxed. There should be spare international adaptors (e.g for chargers) at the reception to help residents from abroad to use on their labtops, mobile phones and other gadgets. |

The breakfast was good -- nice variety, great bread, yoghurt, etc., nice clean ambiance in the dining room, and the personnel tried hard to please all the guests.The beds were very comfortable, and the bedroom was a good size. The shower was too small. |

The location is good and the rooms are clean. despite being advertised as a hotel with internet, there was no internet on the 5th floor. On one day, there was no internet access in the lobby. The price for computer access is steep, and it is curious that wireless access still is charged for. |

Central, friendly staff. Missing internet in the room. My room was too far from the wireles transmitter, therefore i had no internet. This is unacceptable as W-Lan everywhere was advertised on the site. I was in Vienna for work and the missing net really made this difficult. There was internet in the lobby, but as I use Skype for conference calls - it was quite difficult to keep conversations discrete and confidential. |

The rooms were clean and the breakfast well set out and good value. The staff in the restaurant were most helpful and alowed us early morning access so we could catch an early train Some of the reception staff were friendlier and more helpful than others! |

Prisvärt hotell mycket Wiens centrum. Bra kommunikationer; mycket nära till t-bana och spårvagn. Dessutom nära avstånd till parker att springa i! |

Bien ubicado. Habitacion normal de un 3 estrellas. Buena atencion del personal de recepcion y en el desayuno. Para el desayuno: pan, manteca, dulce y yogurt. Para los embutidos y zumos hay que ser valiente.Un poco ruidosas las habitaciones del frente ya que esta sobre una calle principal. |

Gute Lage, grosse Räume, viel Stauraum, sehr hell. Stilvolle Einrichtung, optisch stimmig in allen Räumlichkeiten. Frühstücksraum zu klein, teilweise wurden wir wie beim Volksfest an langen Tischen unter anderen Gästen platziert. Bad winzig, auf Toilette in Nische musste man seitwärts sitzen. Vorhänge im Zimmer staubig, dicke Teppiche => trotz ausgeschalteter Heizung warme, staubig-trockene Luft im Zimmer. Wir mussten nachts alle paar Stunden lüften (für Dauerlüftung zu laut auf der Strasse, Fenster dämmen dies aber gut). |

Ik was niet tevreden over het feit dat bij aankomst in het hotel ik gepresenteerd werd met de rekening waarbij bleek dat zonder mijn toestemming het bedrag al van mijn creditcard was afgeschreven. |

Die Zimmer sind viel zu laut. Entweder sie sind zur sehr befahrenen Strasse oder zum Hinterhof (Lichtschacht). Dort wird man in der Früh durch die Geräusche der Küche (Geschirrklappern und lautes Reden des Personals) geweckt. Beides sehr, sehr unangenehm. |

Nette kamer, dichtbij U-bahn en op loopafstand van binnenstad Draadloos netwerk kostte 7 euro per 20 minuten. Ontbijtzaal ziet er ongezellig uit, waardoor je graag z.s.m. weer weg wilt. Het ontbijt is wat sober. Personeel hangt een beetje in de hoek bij de keuken. Wel goede koffie. |

Vriendelijke ontvangst, prima ontbijt. De kamer was prima, maar had weinig extra's: niet te veel en niet te weinig. Verder was de locatie prima gezien de korte reistijd naar de stad Voor een prijs van circa 100 euro per nacht had ik toch net wat meer verwacht. Verder was de lobby vrij zuinig en waren de internetmogelijkheden zoals van tevoren aangegeven niet helemaal fantastisch |

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (Sonderangebot!). Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Die gute Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Sehr laut (Zimmer zur Strasse).Beim Frühstück wurde nicht kontinuierlich nachgelegt. Man musste immer wieder um Nachlegen der Speisen bitten.Das Zimmer wurde nur nach Aufforderung gesaugt. |
