My reservation and the price on booking was for 4 adults and 4 children. It has been clearly written that the price for 8 persons. But when we were cheked in, recepshion informed us that it is necessary to pay more still on 15euro for each child/night.

I strongly not recommend to book this hotel because the following reasons:1- Neither air conditioner nor fan during summer time. 2-Neither wi-fi signal at room nor in the hotel lobby despite of €15 payment. 3- Price increase of 5% when paying a Vienna city tour by card . 4-Hotel location area without good restaurants nearby and not restaurant in the hotel. 5-Poor breakfast service in terms of quantity and quality .

Hotel is placed near to the public transportation (Uban). One station to the ring, few more to the M.Hilferstrasse. Modest breakfast, and room furniture.

The quiet location. Staff not friendly. No real interest in guests. Not helpful when asking for information. Their manner at the front desk left a lot to be desired. Vienna not a friendly city. English speaking people are not catered for at any level. Met only rudeness in all but 2 restaurants.

It was near my daughter so convenient. Breakfast staff pleasant and quite good breakfast considering the price. We had to ask for the heating to be repaired. The room was basically cleaned but not to a high standrad. Reception staff some good some not. Room lights very dark. Difficult reception on tv for bbc. Adequate for our purpose this time. Next time we go we will go for a better standard of hotel. It is functional and that is all.

This hotel was good value for money in expensive Vienna. Even though the location was not very central it was only 10-15 minutes walk to the centre and half the price of hotels in the centre. It is in a residential area so there where not many good restaurants nearby or shops. The hotel was clean and comfortable and offered good services for tours etc. The breakfast was good but the hotel is quite big and was very busy and some mornings there was no room left in the breakfast area and it was very noisy. The staff there where great though. Value for money.

Location not bad but not excellent, very nearby underground station:Taborstrasse, personnel very helpful 1- old style of room 2- very dim illumination in room 2- bathroom and shower is bad 4- breakfast varieties limited 5- Most important: wireless internet very very very bad and slow and always not working in spite of that it it is not for free

Everything was just ok. The bathroom was large and very clean. It was hot outside but the air condition worked well. My room was on the 5th floor but I've never waited too long for the elevator. Apparently some rooms have no air conditioning.

I Liked the location and easy access to the metro, city centre and amusement park. The staff are extremely helpful and go overboard to assis with information about the city and booking of tours etc. Noise level is quite high as there is no insulation in the rooms

The only good thing about this hotel is the accessibility to the city centre. The worst thing was the lack of air conditioning, with temperatures in the 30c it was like sleeping in a sauna, or should I say trying to sleep. If the window was opened the noise was unbearable. Also do not lose your room key as they will charge 85 Euros. The breakfast is poor & the staff are rude. In fact the best thing about this hotel is leaving. Lack of air con, small rooms, noisy road, rude staff, poor breakfast
