the location of the hotel is great and the accomodation is good some of the staff was on the limit of sympathy; the breakfast was poor. |

This was our third stay in this hotel. Compared to last year there were several noticeable improvements - the lighting of the room is now satisfactory and the bahroom shower has a curtain!! |

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was well situated. It was very warm in Vienna when I was there and the rooms had no airconditioning which meant the windows had to be opened. the hotel is on a busy street and having the windows open meant there was a lot of traffic noise |

Die zentrale Lage direkt ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums.Die Sehenswürdigheiten sind zum grössten Teil innert kürzester Zeit zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider kein Fumoir für Raucher |

Bien situé par rapport au centre ville et bien desservi par transports en commun. Personnel d'accueil serviable, dynamique et parlant français. Pas de prise de courant ni de patère dans la salle de bains et éclairage très faible. Utilisation de la baignoire incommode malgré la grande dimension de la pièce. |

Hotellet låg väldigt centralt, spårvagn och tunnelbana nära. Hjälpsam personal. Bra sängar. Rent och snyggt. Bra serviceutbud med ett stort broschyrställ med aktiviteter i Wien. |

Sijainti siivous todella ala-arvoista; kaapeista löytyi aiempien yöpyjien likaisia vaatteita, kokolattiamatto oli todennäköisesti imuroitu viime vuosituhannella edellisen kerran. Vuoteiden petaaminen, lasien ja pyyhkeiden vaihtaminen tosin toimi moitteetta. Palohälytys (lyhyt) laukesi vierailumme aikana, eikä vieraille missään vaiheessa kerrottu hotellin hlökunnan toimesta, miksi näin tapahtui. |
