“ Even if there are minor problems they are disappeared in the excellency of the hotel, staff, rooms and everything. Our stay was really really great! Staff is outstanding! Breakfast maybe not outstanding but very good. Location is very convinient. ”

the location is on the quiet area yet is convenient to walk to the city centre. the breakfast was good with very friendly staff in service. it was a wonderful stay.

Very well located - easy walk to many of the sights of Vienna. Fabulour breakfast. Rooms clean. Staff very friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived so we could spend the day sightseeing without dragging our cases around WiFi was free but had to constantly keep signing in which was a bit of a pain

Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Good location close to centre (15 minutes walking to the Cathedral), underground 5 minutes. Poor directions given to the station - should have told us to get the underground and not the confusing trams, ended up walking 2 miles!

Everything about my stay. The breakfast was the best of the 9 hotels in which I resided. Staff was awesome and obviously trying diligently to meet and even predict my every need. I love a jacuzzi but even the crown plaza didn't have that, so maybe it's not a european thing to include that.

The staff is really nice and friendly, the breakfast is rich and varied and the location is ideal! I come to Vienna for business twice a year and I will always stay in this hotel, brilliant!

Location good and close to U Bahn station, easy access to all of Vienna. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Bathroom was quite cramped.

Very impressed on arrival. As I have worked in the hotel business, I am very aware of first impression. Later found out that he was the Hotel Manager. So friendly and helpfull. All the staff are so polite and clever. Breakfast is the best! Super hotel and I look forward ro my next visit. So central. Friendly, clean, comfortable, central, top class staff, sums it up. Super Hotel.

A very welcoming feel about the place. Excellent staff making for a very well run establishment. One of the best breakfasts I have eaten to date. There were no negatives at all.

1-nice staff 2-clean 3-music from the old radio from the bed-very nice, indeed! 1-when we made reservation on booking.com, even if it was free cancelation, the hotel blocked us the money for both rooms, for the entire period. the money were blocked for 2 weeks, and then released. 2-very thin walls 3-the cigar smoke on the halls of the hotel

Superb customer service, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. From the moment you entered the hotel the atmosphere was just so relaxed and the reception from the front desk was great. A great all round experience , we would return If we came back to Vienna.

Generally very good service with friendly staff - especially dining room manager. Excellent breakfast. Very well placed for getting into city centre, metro, trams, airport bus and boats Bed a bit soft. Some noise from local building works.
