The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the trams and subway, and is also within walking distance of the city centre. It's also less than a mile from the park. The staff are exceptionally friendly and the price is very reasonable. If you are looking for a luxurious experience then you probably wouldn't stay here; if you are looking for a friendly base from which to explore Vienna then it is perfect! Room overlooking the street was a little noisy late into the night. |

Hotel Reception is very good, good fluent english speakers and very friendly. The husher was amazing in solving all the minor issues that arose. Rooms are good and comfortable. The breakfast price and diversity! Do not worth the 15€ we paid for each person per night. Internet is also payed. |

I really liked the location - close to subway station, supermarket, the river and the center of Wien. No, I really liked the hotel and will, definely, recomend it to my friends and family. |

The apartment was an excellent choice with plenty of room and full facilities. Having the benefits of a washing machine was excellent. The shower was not the best, the shower head had to be held in one hand which was annoying, not sure whether it was designed that way or the bracket was broken, but I would have preferred a hands free shower. |

The hotel is very comfortable and although it is close to the centre of the city, inside is quite noiseless and after busy day you can rest very good. It is very easy to get there. The staff is very nice:-) |

The staff were really pleasant & helpful. Service was EXCELLENT. Breakfast was superb !! We spent a most enjoyable few days in Vienna, celebrating our Ruby Wedding. They even sent some useful tips before we arrived & gave us very good advice about concerts & arranged our tickets. A MEMORABLE holiday !!! |

The staff was increadible. Very proactive and very helpful. I left my camera behind and they had it delivered to me in Paris. They definitely made a difference. And the room was great, albeit not very big. As usual, the couple bed was actually a twin bed put together. |

The Hotel was fully booked so we got to stay in the Apartments, which was fantastic, it was plenty big enough for us and we could self-cater (there is a supermarket right next door). |
