The hotel was in a location perfect for visiting the city centre.The staff were very friendly and helpful,in particular one of the ladies who prepared the breakfast tables who always had a smile and would virtually run to get you anything that you asked for.On our last day we had to leave the hotel at 0630 and a breakfast table with a lovely selection of food was put out for us at 0600.I would visit this hotel again without a second thought. I agree with some peoples view that the rooms are a little small, but for a couple of days stay we had no problem with this.You get what you pay for as they also have appartments at a higher price. |

Our room consisted actually of two separated rooms and the extra bed was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and nice. Location is very convenient, although the hotel is not situated directly in the center. Hairdryer in the bathroom was really old and not really efficient. There is no restaurant in the hotel. |

The best thing about Hotel City Central is the friendliness and servises of the staff both at the reception and at the dinning room. It is also a very clean hotel that combines comfort and luxury very well. The only unfortunate thing for us is that our room was looking at other buildings that were very close to the hotel. Moreover the breakfast was very good. |

The hotel was charming and not too big, it was at a great location. The personal were very helpfull. The breakfast was great. It was nice to pick up a newspaper in the lobby at the end of the day. The air conditioner was not automatic, so it sometimes become cold in the room. Of course it could be turned off, and then it was too warm. |

The personnel was very friendly and helpful The room was too small for the money, the view was inner-court and quite depressing; the bed offered was a single one, too narrow to allow comfortable rest, the carpeting in the room was dirty and smelly, all in all I deeply regretted choosing this hotel. |

Arrived after overnight train, got to the hotel at 10am. They immediately said I could have my room straight away and not wait to 2pm and brought me complimentary coffee while my bags were taken to my room. Such friendly and obliging staff for my whole stay. Excellent hotel, huge choices for breakfast, even said I could come down twice for breakfast if I wished-with a smile. Close to U bahn and quick walk to city centre. Clean, quiet, good size single room with a huge bathroom with a huge bath. |

The stuff was really helpful, the breakfast was very good, even champagne was served, it was quiet and clean, near to the centre of Vienna. Some of the rooms don't have enough space, because we asked to move out from the first that it was quite small. But everyone was really polite. Excellent choice! |
