Cityhotel Ratheiser  

Very nice family hotel with a cute cafe on the 1st flour. Hotel has nice cosy decoration where we felt like at aunty's house. Room was spacious and clean, had 3 beds, 2 desks, a chair and even fire place, small TV. Very nice, attentive and polite personnel. Free private sauna in a basement was prepared especially for us on our request, with towels and bathrobes and sleepers included - we had great time relaxing there. Free parking right at the entrance was very valuable. Location is good as well - 10 min on foot to the city center. Good breakfast. We liked a lot our staying and strongly recommend hotel to all who likes individual, like at home atmosphere!

This is the best hotel in Klagenfurt for 3 or 4 days!! It has a really good situation and the personal is excellent!! Good food in the breakfast!!

no English service at the reception, terribly noisy room - no possibility to sleep with a window open, when you close the window it's too hot - no air condition

Hoteleinrichtung, Zimmer und Toiletten wie anno 1960... Doppelzimmer war ein 4-Bettzimmer mit gruseliger "alt Oma" Atmosphäre. Frühstück war eine Kaastrophe, Brötchen, Wurst und Käse vom Vortag. Für 85Euro ziemlich heftig.

Dass am Tag vor der Anreise keiner das Telefon abgehoben hat. Frühstück war nicht allzu große Auswahl aber okay - zumindest bemüht. Zum selben Preis gibt es in Wien mehr Auswahl

L'arredamento caratteristico, probabilmente rimasto quasi uguale alla sua apertura. Sembra di fare un tuffo indietro nella storia austriaca, ovunque ci sono ricordi, quadri e souvenir appartenenti all'epoca della principessa Sissi. La proprietaria è una persona veramente affabile, disponibile e cortese.

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla via pedonale e dal centro. Il primo giorno la colazione lasciava un pò a desiderare, il secondo giorno invece era piuttosto abbondante. Molto cordiale la signora alla reception.

Camera e bagno abbastanza vecchi e un pò fatiscenti. Prima di riuscire a lavarsi con l'acqua calda bisognava farla scorrere per parecchi minuti.
