Hôtel bien placé dans Salzbourg, rue piétonne et restaurant typique à 2 pas, personnel très sympathique, magnifique petit-déjeuner avec produits bio. L'absence d'ascenseur dans l'annexe de l'hôtel peut gêner si l'on a beaucoup de bagages à porter. |

Le café ou le thé offert pour 16h, le spa est magnifique. Très bon petit déjeuner. La taille de la chambre.On est très proche du centre ville tout en étant au calme. La propreté de la moquette. Il n'y avait pas de petits chaussons pour aller au spa. Le prix du parking (13 €) et son éloignement car c'est un parking public. |

L'hotel est très bien situé à quelque minutes à pied du centre historique, restaurants et magasins. Le parking n'est pas loin. Chargement et déchargement de la voiture se font très facilement devant la porte d'entrée. La clim ne marchait pas et j'aurais préféré être dans le batiment principal et pas l'annexe (en face à 20m). |

Hotel en ville. Les chambres familiales sont dans une annexe sauf une chambre qui est dans l'hotel. Cette chambre est près du spa. Bon spa Pas de climatisation |

Nice location - very close to city center. Room big enough to spend a quality time. Very helpful personel. The free DVD collection for rental was very handy. Will stay there again. Although IU requested the garden view room and got that I was asked for (thank you!) the isolation between the rooms was not very good and the room entrance doors slamped too loud, but it didn't affect the impression from hotel. |

Good value for the money compared to the hotel nearby. Good access to the bridge and the old town. Breakfast was good and sauna/swimming pool were very nice. complimentary coffee (in the limited hour) and apples are offered. Room was not very spacious as expected, but it was not a problem at all. Wireless internet signal was very weak. The quadroom was across the street from the main building, and there was no lift. however, the hotel staff was helpful to move luggages. |

Cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and the availability of no-cost internet access was appreciated. Hotel location was ideal. We would not have appreciated the lack of lift service had we stayed in the annex. |

We had a very nice size room for a family and were very comfortable. There wasn,t a lift in the annex where our room was and it was a four sstory walk up. |

Perfect location very close to city center and restaurants etc. The hotel offers a free DVD hire service and provides refreshments and snacks for hotel guests during the afternoon at no charge. Staff were very friendly and informative. Although we didn't use the pool/spa I had a good look around and it seemed an excellent facility. Although central it was very quiet and comfortable. |

We rented a suite for our party of 3. Very nice, large room with a queen bed plus 2 twins. Room had a large flat screen tv. Bathroom was large, however the shower was only a hand held model - would have been nice if you could have positioned the shower head above you. Hotel has nice breakfast room, and 2 computers available for guests to use. Giving better directions on how to drive to the hotel would be nice - as it is tricky to get to the street they are on. However, once you arrive they guide you to a very close and secure parking garage. |

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a good choice and quality of food overall. The staff were friendly and efficient. Fresh fruit salad at breakfast a little soggy! |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location, close to many city sights. The breakfast was great. The room was comfortable, and well maintained. No shower in our room, only a freestanding tub. While it was a very nice tub, after a long hot day walking around, sometimes we wanted a quick shower. This might only apply to the "romance" rooms. |
