家族4人に充分な広さだった。到着日に、部屋にりんごのサービス、お水のサービスがあった。ロビーでケーキ- とコーヒーのサービスがあり、ケーキがおいしかった。ベッドも布団も清潔で、寝心地がよかった。 下の階がカジノ、カラオケをやるお店で、夜、騒音があった。トイレとシャワーブースが一緒だったのが不便だ- った。朝食はおいしかったが、毎日同じものが並ぶので、3泊で良かったと思う。だんだんあきる。 |

街の中心地からは川を挟んで反対側でしたが、主要な所はすべて徒歩圏内。一方、観光バスのターミナルは至近- で便利。朝食も結構充実していました。 ANNEX（別館）に泊まったためエレベーターがありませんでした。 |

家族部屋のあるホテルということで選びました。夫婦、４歳と6歳の子供、おばあさんの５人での利用で一部屋- という予約でしたが、同じ値段でトリプルとダブルの二部屋を用意してくれました。家族部屋は別棟ですし、エ- レベーターもありませんが、荷物はホテルのスタッフが全部運んでくれたので問題ありませんでした。周囲には- いろいろなタイプのレストランがそろっていて、子供連れでも気軽に入れるところも簡単に見つかります。部屋- にお茶の入れられる設備はありませんが、毎日２時から４時まではロビーで無料のコーヒーとケーキのサービス- がありました。朝食もおいしかったです。値段はしっかり４つ星の料金を取りますが、スタッフとサービスでカ- バーしていると思います。 車での移動でしたが、駐車場は徒歩５分ぐらいのところにある駐車場を有料で利用することになりました。部屋- に備え付けのドライヤーは爆音です。子供をおこさないようにするためにはバスルームのドアを閉める必要があ- ります。 |

こじんまりしたホテルの割には、小プール、サウナなどの設備が充実していた。朝食も新鮮な食材を使っており- 、満足がいくものだった。 最上階の部屋に宿泊したが、無線ランの接続状態が悪く、結局一階のロビーで常につなげることになった。改善- 出来ればお願いしたい。 |

Nice location - very close to city center. Room big enough to spend a quality time. Very helpful personel. The free DVD collection for rental was very handy. Will stay there again. Although IU requested the garden view room and got that I was asked for (thank you!) the isolation between the rooms was not very good and the room entrance doors slamped too loud, but it didn't affect the impression from hotel. |

Good value for the money compared to the hotel nearby. Good access to the bridge and the old town. Breakfast was good and sauna/swimming pool were very nice. complimentary coffee (in the limited hour) and apples are offered. Room was not very spacious as expected, but it was not a problem at all. Wireless internet signal was very weak. The quadroom was across the street from the main building, and there was no lift. however, the hotel staff was helpful to move luggages. |

Cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and the availability of no-cost internet access was appreciated. Hotel location was ideal. We would not have appreciated the lack of lift service had we stayed in the annex. |

We had a very nice size room for a family and were very comfortable. There wasn,t a lift in the annex where our room was and it was a four sstory walk up. |

Perfect location very close to city center and restaurants etc. The hotel offers a free DVD hire service and provides refreshments and snacks for hotel guests during the afternoon at no charge. Staff were very friendly and informative. Although we didn't use the pool/spa I had a good look around and it seemed an excellent facility. Although central it was very quiet and comfortable. |

We rented a suite for our party of 3. Very nice, large room with a queen bed plus 2 twins. Room had a large flat screen tv. Bathroom was large, however the shower was only a hand held model - would have been nice if you could have positioned the shower head above you. Hotel has nice breakfast room, and 2 computers available for guests to use. Giving better directions on how to drive to the hotel would be nice - as it is tricky to get to the street they are on. However, once you arrive they guide you to a very close and secure parking garage. |

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a good choice and quality of food overall. The staff were friendly and efficient. Fresh fruit salad at breakfast a little soggy! |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location, close to many city sights. The breakfast was great. The room was comfortable, and well maintained. No shower in our room, only a freestanding tub. While it was a very nice tub, after a long hot day walking around, sometimes we wanted a quick shower. This might only apply to the "romance" rooms. |

We booked a family room which was great. Plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Everything was in easy walking distance. A free afternoon tea was a nice touch in a comfortable environment. Breakfast was good. Great hotel. |

The Hotel Wolf Dietrich was beautiful. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The indoor pool is nice and breakfast was good too. The hotel provides 2 computers for internet access in the main building. The hotel is within walking distance of the old section of Salzburg, the Residence and many other sites. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. |
