We booked a family room which was great. Plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Everything was in easy walking distance. A free afternoon tea was a nice touch in a comfortable environment. Breakfast was good. Great hotel. |

The Hotel Wolf Dietrich was beautiful. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The indoor pool is nice and breakfast was good too. The hotel provides 2 computers for internet access in the main building. The hotel is within walking distance of the old section of Salzburg, the Residence and many other sites. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. |

Service staff very attentive and helpful. Breakfast buffet and afternoon coffee and cakes were excellent and something my family looked forward to. Spa/pool was enjoyable. Family room was perfect for my family of 5, and views were spectacular. |

Room was in very nice style of Art Nouvou and spacious,very comfortable. Very close to the Fort and walking distance to many tourists spots.Design and decor throughout very tastefull,whilst the breakfast buffett was excellent.Staff were most helpfull and friendly, I am looking forward to returning with my family. I personally did not mind that some rooms are across the road,and that there was no lift, as staff helped me with my bag, and no noise of lifts to disturb, but this may not be suitable for some. |

I cannot recommend this hotelhighly enough. We had what was described as a family room, for 5 of us. This turned out to be split level acommodation, with a balcony from the upper bedroom overlooking the lower sitting room which had a large sofa bed and separate single bed. |

Staff was friendly. Locationl is central, 5 minutes to the old part. Close to Mountain of Kaputsin. Surrounded by bars and Cafes. Nice breakfast. |

The room was very clean with comfortable bedding. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The location was good, easy to find, easy to park and a short, enjoyable walk to Old Town. The hotel staff was very helpful with information about the city. Free use of Internet computers. |

The family room was very spacious and clean. Even though the room was on the fourth floor and there was no lift, the staff very happily helped with our luggage. The breakfast was absolutely great with wonderful options for all our various likes and dislikes. We did not use the pool because it was inconvenient to our room location. In the summer months, we would have not minded crossing the road in our swimsuits and robes. However in the snow, not a good idea and we didn't feel like having to bring a bag of clothes along. We were well aware of this before we arrived and were still happy overall. |

The hotel was perfect for us as a family with two children. Our room while across the street in the "annex" had two bedrooms one for the adults and one for the kids. The kids loved the pool which was very nice and the afternoon "coffee and cake" was nice as it allowed us to feed the kids something to tie them over until dinner. Also, they had movies to check out which we watched before bed. |

Cosy hotel with nice extra's (DVD's available, afternoon tea & coffee with sweets). Clean room. Location is on easy to reach distance from old town center and very quiet as there is almost no traffic in the street. |

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Hotel is close to the center and good start point to explore the city. Hotel is clean with cosy almost relaxing atmosphere. Afternoon self service coffee/tea bar is also a good idea. We stayed at Residence, maybe the room was a little small. |
