The staff was friendly and helpful. It was, beyond doubt, the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I would not choose this hotel again. I swear they pick up garbage every morning at 3am. One hears loud voices, smells smoke from the casino next door. Yuck! |

Using the SPA, easy access of internet, having bowel of fruit around, afternoon tea and cakes! (Cake can be improved) Car parking is not on site, but wasn't too bad, No elevator to get your liggage up was a bit difficult. |

The facilities such as the spa and the extremely helpful staff. It is also very well located - everything is in walking distance. It is important however not to confuse it with the Hotel Wolf!! Also nice touches are the free afternoon coffee and cake and the free videos and dvd in each room. Having to walk up 3 flights of stairs with suitcases and a child in tow. There are 2 hotels, with one reception and if you are not in the main building, its not good. Also, there are no coffee making facilities and the bathroom soaps etc were not replaced. |

Friendliness of staff; cleanliness of hotel. No changing facilities at the swimming pool. Our room was in the block opposite the main hotel, so we didn't want to change in our room and walk across the street in our costumes. |

Staff were very professional and spoke very good English which was useful for those who have no or limited German. The Residence part of the hotel has no lift to the upper floors and no air conditioning |

The staff were very helpful and the atmosphere matched that of Salzburg. We had an excellent stay. We were in the Annex across the road and would have preferred to stay in the main hotel as this would have made use of the services much easier. |
