A localização é muito boa. Os funcionários muito solícitos. Café da manhã muito bom e quarto amplo e bonito.

A ausência de elevadores no anexo do hotel, em frente a ele. Ficamos hospedados no terceiro andar. Ufa!!! Subir todos os dias não era fácil.

Pessoal muito simpático e prestável.

They were very helpful when we asked questions. The room that we were in was beautiful. It was a romantic suit and it was gorgerous. When we arrived we had a fruit platter that came as a surprise. The location was perfect and we could walked everywhere. They help us book a tour to the Ice Caves, as was picked up in front of our hotel which was great.

It's in a great location near shopping and all the historic sites of Salzburg.

The annex building not having an elevator was very inconvenient. We were on the 4th floor and it was extremely difficult hauling our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Additionally, the hotel staff was not well informed about historic sites, directions, etc. You cannot and should not use the hotel staff for concierge advice.

The hotel provided complimentary tea/coffee and cake each afternoon in the hotel lounge. This was very welcome after a hard day's sightseeing around the city.

We stayed in the annexe across the road from the main hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor with no lift available. Although this was not a problem for us, it could possibly be a negative for people with less mobility.

This hotel is located right off of the main shopping street in Salzburg which may be okay if on a regular weekend but there was a huge festival going on the weekend we stayed. There was blaring rock music all day and until 10:00 at night that we couldn't escape. The shower also ran out of hot water after one shower.

I have always stayed at the Crowne Plaza on my many trips to Salzburg and whilst it equates to about Euros 60 cheaper per night and has more amenities, I wouldn't hesitate to return to this lovely hotel. They have the friendliest of staff who could not have been more helpful and obliging, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always smiling and welcoming. My room was on the top floor and adequate although very warm due to no air-conditioning. There is a large selection of DVDs, some in English which is a nice touch and they serve complimentary afternoon tea/coffee and pastries .... again a very nice touch. The seated area outside the front is great to just relax, especially in the evening. There's a lovely little Spa in the basement which was very clean and had all amenities with a perfect sized pool. The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk into the Old Town via a lovely cobbled street full of shops and small restaurants. Whilst the Crowne Plaza is in a higher bracket in terms of decor/amenities and lower in price, I would personally choose to stay at the Wolf Dietrich for future visits.

Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be a great addition as would air-conditioning. The bathroom, in my room was a little *tired* looking. My fridge was not working but the staff were very quick in providing a bucket of ice.

Very convenient for Salzburg attractions. Good buffet breakfast, friendly staff.

Room was a bit on the small side. Carpet was very soiled. Would recommend hotel but a different room.

We booked the room for five months ago, but was not aware of that the hotel also had rooms on both sides of the street!!! Booking.com should have give information about this situation.

They gave us suite instead. So me and my friend can stay one queen bed (each of us). Though it's tough to step to 5th floor room every time, we still enjoyed the warm room in the cold winter. I will recommend this hotel next trip. And their elevator will be rebuilt and finished within apr.

No elevator to room at the second building. Our room is 401, which is located on 5th floor.

Good response of the staff to a complaint I had regarding our room, which had clearly been used by a smoker (non-smoking room). We were moved without fuss to another room, receiving an upgraded room in the process. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. This is a good quality hotel, with large rooms, superb breakfast selection and lovely spa for relaxing after a day walking the streets.
