The location is good, it is on a quite area on a pedestrian street.

The hotel does not have air conditioning, there was a fan but it is still too hot for us in the summer

Staff very helpful and friendly. They catered for the children through rain by providing DVD entertainment. Continental breakfast excellent and had everything supplied

We were not informed on booking that we would have a room up 5 flights of stairs in a hotel which did not have a lift.

Great location. Very attentive staff. Great free breakfast. A nice full feature spa and pool indoors. There is no elevator in the second hotel building, so dragging one's luggage up five stories is a challenge. There is no air conditioning, so 90 degree weather with 90 percent humidity in mid July is very uncomfortable. All in all, a very nice hotel.

The staff was very friendly and provided wonderful recommendations for excursions and dinner, the room was clean and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. We felt very comfortable and will come back to this hotel again.

The familly rooms size was great, and the attractive locations were nearby. Also the staff was friendly and helpful.

No restaurant or room service

Had the apartment in the Residence that fit our 4 family members (2 kids, ages 10 and 12). Although we had to walk up the 4 flights of stairs, it was well worth it. The room was modern and wonderful. a full sized living area with pull out sofa for the kids and an upstairs loft with it's own bathroom (2 baths in all). Wonderfully decorated. Provided 2 fans since not air conditioned but not a problem when we stayed on June 12-14 since it was chilly. a small right turn into a side street littered with lots of shops and outside cafes. a short walk to the bridge to take you to old town. I was a little hesitant about the length of the walk to Old Town, but don't worry, it is really close. Would definitely stay here again!

Only the 4 flights of stairs to walk up and the fact that it is across the street from the main hotel, so when the kids wanted to go swimming we had to cross the street. But not enough of an inconvenience for you to not stay here!

Generally the hotel was very nice, and the staff was quite helpful and accomodating. The room was neat and clean, though the bathroom was a bit small. Location was reasonably close to attractions, yet enough out of the way so as not to be in the midst of the city and noisy traffic.

The air conditioning did not appear to work well - it became quite stuffy at night. We had to keep the windows open, and there were people talking loudly throughout the night on the street, so it was difficult to sleep.

Excellent Family Hotel! We were able to walk to many of the sites and then take a swim after dinner. There was even a kids playroom below our hotel room. Our kids loved this place!

The parking was a bit expensive, but it was so convenient! They had it all prepared in advance for us, which made it so easy.

Great facilities, location, and clean. The staff were friendly and the included breakfast was delicious, all but gourmet! Only wish we could have stayed longer!!

Only minor disappointment was the smell of smoke which crept into the room at night; perhaps somebody was violating the smoking policy. Otherwise the stay was great!
