People at reception were very helpful. The breakfast tables should be cleaned up much faster at peak times.The buffet would benefit with better coffee service, like years ago, real coffee and not a machine as well as some pastries. |

All staffs are friendly and good speeking in English. Breakfirst is little poor. Also TV controller sometimes dosn't working. |

Great place in town, nice view to a park from the third floor, quiet, very comfortable for a good night sleep. Breakfast is below average in Vienna. Internet not available (at least not in rooms). |

A modest hotel, recently completely renovated to an acceptable standard. Small enough not to be crowded by tours Rooms minimal: one chair by the desk/table, but no comfortable chair. And I hate the heavy central European duvets, though I know that's what they like |

Clean and well-furnished room. Great WiFi. Warm food at breakfast table. Room is rather tiny. Street and stair noise was quite noticeable. |

we had a nice room on the 6th floor with a nice view of the city. It's located in a quiet street, and public transport is a 5 minute walk away. rooms are a bit small |

Localization : not far from the Belvedere and 15mn by walking to the city centre Breakfast : bread is completed sparingly ! Internet not available in the rooms unlike what is mentioned in the description... But free in the lobby |

Straight down the middle, nothing great nothing really bad. As with so many European hotels a double-bed is two single beds pushed together. |

The staff were welcoming throughout our three night stay and always helpful and interested in their guests. This included the off duty staff member who came back to the hotel when we had difficulty with the room safe. The room was not large but, being on the sixth floor, had a great view over the city. The breakfast area was pleasant and the buffet was simple but adequate. |

location soo quiet. no lampshape, the firealarm was covered. the quvets were too small, I asked for a double but it was just two beds pushed together. Breakfast was very very basic. |
