1. I booked for 2 days for a "Double Room-Hotel" which was the most expensive option, defined as "Room+Balcony". The other option was "Double Room-Club Hotel" and was offered for a lower price and without balcony. Upon my arrival, I was offered the room right across the lobby, very very noisy and without balcony. I complained and was offered another room for the second day which was fine and complies with the description on Bookings.com. When I left, I asked to pay for what i had e.g what it looked to be a Room club hotel for the first day and a Room Hotel for the second day. The price differences on the website for 2 days was around 45 euros between those 2 rooms. I was said that it was not possible, that all the rooms in the hotel were the same and that there was no distinction made between rooms with balcony or not. My opinion is that it is not acceptable to drive 4 hours to find a place that does not comply with the web description. Did not want to waste my time in discussion. I paid but won't come back. Conclusion : if you wan't to book, first send an email or contact them by phone to make sure that you will get what you booked for.. or be ready to discuss. 2. I selected this hotel for the Sauna open 2 hours at night. Unlucky me, the sole day I skied, the sauna was closed because " some people that were checking out were using it to take a shower!". Very cool.

Very friendly, patient staff. Standard EURO rooms/beds. Bathroom was very spacious. Amazing value that included half board, worked out to be 55€ per person, for a 5 person group, in the heart of ski season. The location allowed us to ski at St. Anton (30 mins) and Ischgl (20 mins). They have a great glass pavilion attached to the hotel for drinks and apres ski at night. It's fun, and keeps the party there instead of noisy rooms/hallways.

The dinner was not very good/and not much quantity. The breakfast was great though, with plenty of options including bottomless coffee at your table. It was also difficult to find, as our GPS couldn't zero in on the exact address. Surrounded by narrow, one lane roads with high snow drifts, we wandered around a bit until stumbling on it.

Ci hanno cambiato albergo senza dirci niente, abbiamo kiesto solo la colazione ma ci hanno fatto pagare anche la cena mai consumata, cordialià 0.

Bruit anormal du ventilateur salle de bain

We kwamen in een appartement op 5 min lopen van hotel, terwijl we 2 kamers in hotel geboekt hadden.

Goede bediening, steeds met de glimlach!

Kamer voor drie was een beetje op het kleinste en het balkon dat we hadden gevraagd, daar konden we niet op, maar voor de rest was het aangenaam verblijven!

De locatie en de ligging en de skibus die dagelijks voor hotel Tirolerhof stopte waarmee je naar Ischgl kon. Ook de gastvrouw en het overige personeel waren heel erg aardig en ook gedienstig. Het eten was voldoende maar niet echt uitgebreid. Er was ook geen kinderkaart aanwezig (wel kinderporties). Verder hadden wij hele aardige gasten in het hotel en de sfeer was erg gezellig. WIFI was er bijna niet en dat heeft ook voordelen (lekker rustig) maar voor de jeugd was het niet altijd prettig dat ze niet bereikbaar waren op laptop of I-PAD. Omgeving was prachtig. In See waren leuke activiteiten o.a. het nachtskien.

De locatie was prachtig maar niet helemaal conform boeking. Op de site stonden foto's van Tirolerhof maar we zaten een eind 200 meter verderop met bijna tot geen extra voorzieningen. Overdag was er niets te doen in het hotel en je kon oók 's avonds niet aan een barretje wat drinken (moest in de eetzaal blijven). We hadden gelukkig prachtig weer en waren dus niet aan het hotel gebonden.

Ha 1 posizione strategica per raggiungere le località sciistiche di "ischgl" ( 20' in auto ) e "st. Ankton" ( 30' in auto ) e non è molto distante dal centro termale aquadome ( 1h in auto ). purtroppo l'altissimo rischio valanghe causato dalle continue nevicate durante il periodo in cui vi ho soggiornato ha causato la chiusura di alcune strade che non mi ha permesso di sciare dove volevo ( ischgl è stata irraggiungibile per 3 giorni ) quindi ho sciato a "see" : 10 piste ma ci si può comunque divertire nella neve fresca!

L'albergo non è segnalato da cartelli sulle strade e quindi non è stato facile da trovare soprattutto a causa della grande quantità di neve presente in paese. Il parcheggio diventa 1 pista di pattinaggio quindi in inverno le catene da neve sono consigliate per chi non sia in possesso di autovetture 4x4.
