The Hotel is located on a steep hill, quite a distance to walk if you want to get to the ski lifts, carrying your ski equipment. The pictures that we saw on the internet of this hotel is absolutely not matching. The hotel is dirty, old and our room was very filthy. We stayed for one night only, luckily, and checked out into a other Pension which was far more better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as it is a smokey, filthy hole. All the rooms stink of cigarette smoke. Not a pleasure to stay there.

The level of friendliness and service provided by all of the staff and management at this hotel was excellent. I cannot commend them more highly. The food, facilities and level of comfort was generally excellent. 1) The quilt provided to me was too small. I am of average build being 6 feet tall. I had to sleep in my ski socks because the quilt was too short. 2) A bit too far to walk to the ski bus stop/nearest lift and also up a steep hill which was difficult to walk up and down in ski boots in the icy conditions. Also not near the town centre for other bars and restaurants etc.

It is very close to the Zwolferkogelbahn cable, quiet area, friendly staff, very good food,nice swimming pool, view from the room and restaurant. If you come by car you have to keep in mind that you must go up a a steep road for about 100-150m. If it is snowing it could be difficult to get your car to the parking zone...Of course if you have snow chains or 4x4 traction or a little help from the passers-by you'll manage :-))

De kamers waren goed schoon en werden ook zeer goed schoon gehouden .,Het personeel tijdens het eten en in de bar was goed .Het balkon was goed gelegen in de zon waar wij ook goed gebruik van hebben gemaakt . Het zwembad was heerlijk ,al was het jammer dat de sauna pas om 15.30 uur aan ging . De inrichting was zoals de meeste hotels of kamers in de bekende herkenbare Oostenrijkse sfeer . Ten eerste ligt het hotel 200 meter berg opwaarts wat zeker na het skieen best een hele klim was . Het avond eten vond ik niet gevarieerd genoeg .Veel knodel in diverse vormen . Te weinig variatie B.v donderdag cordon bleu (slecht gevuld ) en zaterdag schnitzel met patat frites .Er werd wel per gang geserveerd ,maar het eten stond al lang klaar en werd dus niet a"la" minute klaargemaakt .Daardoor taai vlees en droge vis . De prijs kwaliteit verhouding vond ik dan ook te duur voor het gebodene . De bar was gezellig in de avond uren maar werd veel te warm gestookt . Je was letterlijk gaar als je daar meer als een uur zat .Ook was het weer vreemd dat je kleren de volgende ochtend naar de rook stonken .

Wunderschönes Essen - super Personal - wir haben Schidepot an der Zwölferkogelbahn reserviert - kann enpfohlen werden. Parkpläte vor Hotel kann reserviert werden - kann auch empfohlen werden. Schönes Hotel!

Het was een wat ouder hotel maar netjes en schoon. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk maar de eigenaar en zijn vrouw leken wel mensenschuw. De ligging was redelijk je moest even flink klimmen om bij het hotel te komen. Ligt net buiten het centrum voor de apreski moest je wel even lopen naar het centrum. ligt wel gunstig ten opzichten van de Zwolferlift. Het eten was goed verzorgd, vooral het ontbijt. Wat tegenviel was de ligging van het hotel. Het was een flinke klim en met skischoenen was dit zeker geen pretje en als je naar het centrum wilde was het een flink stuk lopen.

De welness ruimte is goed voorzien van zwembad, sauna en andere voorzieningen. Het eten was van een erg laag niveau. Met goedkope ingredienten werd een erg middelmatige maaltijd bereid. De sommelier prees wijnen aan met een erg slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Gezien de aangename kamers en welness omgeving wel hun vier sterren verdienen is het zonde om dit niveau te verknoeien met het slechte eten. Het restaurant krijgt van mij slechts twee sterren.

Zo goed als alles. Kamer ruim. Lekker zwembad, sauna, enz, enz. Eten prima, veel variatie. Gezellige ochtend-post bij ontbijt. Voor herhaling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Roken in bar en zit gedeelte!

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Geweldig lekker eten met heel veel keus,echt luxe! Kortom ,genoten in dit hotel. Op ski schoenen naar het hoger gelegen hotel lopen. Het appartement had oude vloerbedekking,en slecht ontvangendeTV.
