I was very impressed with the quality of the service at reception in particular. All the staff especially Patrick were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They all spoke excellent English. The rooms were cleaned throughly everyday. no complaints only a suggestion to cut down on labour and water in reference to having new towels everyday. They could last at least two days which could save people from washing and saving water. When people want new towels then ask them to put them on the floor, if they don't want new towels everyday then hang them up!

The road in front the hotel was reconstructed and the windows were not reducing the noise at all. We had also several ants in the room.

We arrived at 4 A.M., the hotel staff told us to leave the room at 11. No parking area, they told us to move the car at 9 A.M. from where we parked. The elevator is for 2 pers. Only. The rooms where very very small. The towels, bed sheets and bathroom were dirty. Cheap toiletpaper. The breakfast wasn't ok and the dishes were dirty and old. We also booked a cvadruple apartment and when we got there they gave us 2 separate rooms. We payed 125 euro but I say that it woud worth max 20 euro/room.

The towels were not so clean. The sink was so small that I had to lean forward and make sure not to hit my head against the shelf. Brushing your teeth and washing hand were terrible experience!!!

Good location and nice room. Fairly nice buffet breakfast. I had connection problems with wi-fi. It was advertised as having both wired and wirelsss access in the rooms, and actually this is not true. The hotel has only internet access in the reception area. I am very upset, that hotels are publishing misleading information about this facility, because nowadays it is an essential point for a traveller, how one can get internet access while staying at a hotel. I would advise that booking .com introduces some quality check measures on this issue, because it is becoming a serious matter, that hotels are not fair on giving the right info.

The hotel is quite nice, well equiped rooms, big bathroom and tasty breakfast. Unfortunately, it is written that free wi-fi is available in the entire hotel which is not true as you can use it only in the reception hall. Internet by wire is not available at all.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is situated not far from the metro station and a supermarket. Clean rooms and helpful staff, good breakfast. It is perfect for a short staying. The noise from the street is quite annoying.

Breakfast was sufficient, generally clean room Heating completely switched off at arrival (-15°C outside), Extremely small room with air drought coming in from the window. Vey weak WLan connection (not suffient for smartphones). Quite easy to hear noises from other rooms. The chain name "Best Vienna Hotels" sound a bit pretentious.

The staff is very friendly, very willing to help and give directions, everybody spoke English so it was quite easy to communicate. The hotel is quite close to the city center only 3 metro stops away from Stephansplatz, the nearest metro stop is just around the corner, very convenient. The breakfast was good and the room was kept very clean by the staff. It's an ok hotel if you're staying for a few nights to visit the city. The hotel is right next to the train station (little noise however not enough to really bother) and some constructions sites, so the view is not all that flattering. Very old furniture, the rooms definitely need some upgrading. The room we were placed in communicated through an inside door with another room. It must have been designed to be turned into a 2 bedroom suite, but it was so poorly sound proofed that we could hear the ''neighbor'' snore every night, talking and his phone alarm was loud and clear as well. So make sure that your room doesn't have an inside door. One more downside.....no parking space, only a few spaces next to the sidewalk, where you couldn't park mon-fri between 08-20 (just after 8pm and in the weekend), so almost all cars had a parking ticket in their windshields from the municipality.

The location could not be better, just 2 minutes walk from the subway, 2-3 stops from the city centre. The breakfast was also very good. The room had quite good furniture and was spacious enough so that it felt ok. The excellent-English speaking staff was very friendly. When we arrived, we found only 2 samples of shampoo in our room. We asked for more and we were rejected (!!!). We were absolutely surprised to hear that, if we wanted shampoo, we had to go to the super market and get one. Additionally, the matresses were not that good, and as a result of this, we had some pain in our back every morning.
