It was close to the South Vienna train station and associated trains, trams, buses & underground. Not a very nice area with no close amenities likes bars & shops. |

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean, especially the towels being changed regularly. There was not a great deal of choice at breakfast. |

The best thing about this hotel is that it is across the street (and down a block or so) from the Westbanhof train staion of Vienna, which is one of 3 or 4 'main' train stations for the city. This one is for arrival from Poland, where I traveled from [Krakow], and so only a few minutes walk once I arrived in the city. The downside is that it is not in the tourist central old city, though you can easily get there by taking the metro for 5 minutes or so to 'Stephenplatz.' Also, these are not luxury rooms, you get what you pay for. |

My stay was wonderful, mostly because of the fantastic staff. The hotel was also beautiful and my room was nicer than I was expecting. The location was very convienient, very close to the metro line 1 and the south train station. The bed was not very comfortable. |

The breakfast was sufficient and tasty and the coffee very good for a simple overnight. The noise from the room next door and the TV somewhere outside came through very clearly. |

Really near to the city center and subway station. Rooms in old-Vienna style with paintings etc. Free parking on Saturday and Sunday just front of the hotel. Hair on the bathroom floor. |

I liked the point that the hotrel is next to a metro station and to Belvedere. I liked also the free internet access in the rooms. The hotel is noisy, with very tiny rooms, quite uncomfortable beds and prety small cafeteria/restaurant. In addition, it is lockated in an unfriendly environment where repair and building works are going on. |

Close to station & city centre The hotel had the things I needed. Phone, fridge, free computer with internet in the lobby hairdryer. The hotel is on a busy road the window must be kept shut when in the room. The windows are double glazed so the noise is blocked out. |

It is near the Metro station. Only 1 min walk from the Metro Station. Although the hotel is a little old, it is equiped with airconditioner which could provide quiet room for sleeping. Or, it would be noisy if we are sleeping while the window is opened since the opposite id the train station. The variety of the breakfast is limited. |

Free use of internet in hotel lobby. Helpful reception staff. Noisy location due to traffic on ring-road directly outside. |
