Boa localização ao lado do metro, limpo, cafe da manha simples. Mas pode ficar sem receio.

Bem ao lado da estação de trem, bem escuro.

Excelente localizacao, ao lado do Belvedere, e do metro Sudtiroler.

It is very near train and subway stops. Quite easy to find and convenient to get around. The staff welcoming and helpful.

The small shower stall - I kept banging into the walls.

The room and bed were small, and the shower was old and completely uncomfortable.

friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. located beside the U station and Tram stops. ideal location for travellers doing a european tour. cheap in price but not cheap in appearance or comfort. i would certainly recommend this hotel.

using the sink in the bathroom, i found it quite restricted with the shelf obstructing me. apart from tiis i found the place quite adequate to my needs.

I liked the variety of the breakfast and the location.

The staff seemed passive aggressive , like doing me a favour for accomodating me

Heating completely switched off at arrival (-15°C outside), Extremely small room with air drought coming in from the window. Vey weak WLan connection (not suffient for smartphones). Quite easy to hear noises from other rooms. The chain name "Best Vienna Hotels" sound a bit pretentious.

Very noisy room.

The location could not be better, just 2 minutes walk from the subway, 2-3 stops from the city centre. The breakfast was also very good. The room had quite good furniture and was spacious enough so that it felt ok. The excellent-English speaking staff was very friendly.

When we arrived, we found only 2 samples of shampoo in our room. We asked for more and we were rejected (!!!). We were absolutely surprised to hear that, if we wanted shampoo, we had to go to the super market and get one. Additionally, the matresses were not that good, and as a result of this, we had some pain in our back every morning.

WiFi internet was terrible even on the first floor.

Clean room. Big bathroom. Good location - 3 subway stops from Stephanplatz (u1 - 2 min from the hotel). Nice staff. Good breakfast.

Small breakfast lounge, you had to wait others to finish their breakfast in order to get yours. The hotel is in a district were payed parking is permitted only for 2 hours (kurzparkzone). You can park in front of the hotel, if there is place and if the hotel has all-day parking tickets available (they have only a few number of tickets - 4,60 euro/day), or in the Columbus garage (300 m from the hotel) - 12 euro/day + 50 euro card deposit (you get them back). Saturday and Sunday is free parking all day everywhere in the district.

It's really near metro station, for 3 minutes I think, and about 30 or 40 minutes to St. Stephan cathedral by wolking tour. For go sightseeing it is ideal variant.

some troubles with audibility and shower cab , but not critical.
