we liked pretty much everything: the location, how our apartment looked, the main building and the little and its picturesque street. the fact that is so close to everything (the main reason I picked it). close to supermarket and the main shopping street, also, very close to the ring. 2 metro stations away from Westbahnhof, near various restaurants and beer places etc. |

I've noticed good service facilities and information about Vienna beauties. The location of the hotel is excelent near the main interesting places of city center. Easy shoping on Mariahlife street. |

really nice room, great location, friendly staff: Loved the real window that opened out to the street. A good place to stay. Would gladly return bed was hard (but a good size) |

Close to Underground subway and most of the Vienna museums and shopping for necessities. It also had air-conditioning which wasn't in the review. |

We have stayed in many hotels during the past twevle months, all around the world, the receptionist here was the most friendly, helpful, and polite that we had experienced elewhere. Obviously a well run family typw business, albeit not the easiest to find! |

The room was clean, the towels were changed every day. Breakfast was good, but not too varied. The hotel is very quiet and the staff is helpful. |

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The locations is very good, close to the main shopping street, Mariahilferstrasse. The whole hotel and the rooms are a bit old fashioned in 70ies style with dark colours and some refurbishing would be great and there was some 'old smell' in the corridor and the entry area of the hotel. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. |

Good location and low room rate. Simply it's old hotel room and shower room. No air conditioning. Broken window blind..not possible to open it. |

Owner of the hotel was helpful enough. Good location of the hotel (right above shopping street). Breakfast was adequate. No air-con..but maybe they do have for the bigger rooms. Furniture and carpet was old. |

Staff spoke excellent English and especially the two young boys was very helpful and nice. Location is good. Metrostation is very close and you can walk to many attractions only in 10-20 minutes. The big shopping street is next to you and the lovely Irish pub Shamrock is your neighbour. Hotel room was clean and good. I liked very much. Breakfast was ok, but the selection was little bit abridged. |

The kindness of the hotel staff was highly appreciated. Also the service and the location of the hotel which facilitated easy access to all touristic sites. Just a minor detail: except German and Hungarian and a little bit of English, the staff does not speak other languages. But it compensates through kindness. |
