Sentralt plassert med kort avstand til severdigheter, shopping, spisesteder etc. Har ikke negative bemerkninger. Standarden er OK, men ikke mer enn det. Men; det fungerer helt greit! |

Staff spoke excellent English and especially the two young boys was very helpful and nice. Location is good. Metrostation is very close and you can walk to many attractions only in 10-20 minutes. The big shopping street is next to you and the lovely Irish pub Shamrock is your neighbour. Hotel room was clean and good. I liked very much. Breakfast was ok, but the selection was little bit abridged. |

The kindness of the hotel staff was highly appreciated. Also the service and the location of the hotel which facilitated easy access to all touristic sites. Just a minor detail: except German and Hungarian and a little bit of English, the staff does not speak other languages. But it compensates through kindness. |

Friendly and helpful personnel, both at the reception and at the breakfast room. Excellent location; easy to reach by metro or by bus. The city bus stop in front of the door. Good breakfast. |

Excellent location, very clean, very helpful staff, availability of free wi-fi zone AND a laptop to use free of charge. We were given an apartment a few metres away from the hotel which is excellent but has no air-condition (we did not need it anyway because the temperature was not very high beginning of June). The quality of the bath towels and the breakfast (although adequate) could be better. |

Very good position for visiting Vienna (and also for shopping) being practically on Mariahilferstrasse and next to underground station and bus stops. Very helpfull reception desk people. |

The hotel is extremely well located! Clean and comfortable rooms, not luxurious but good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was not very large, I would have hoped for fruits. Other than that I have no complaints. |

Very clean sheets, towels and other consumables. The staff also was very helpful and friendly. Fantastic set of people. The location is very good for most sightseeing trips. Basic but good breakfast. The entrance is a bit dicey. The size of the rooms is a bit small for the price, but then that may be Europe!! The carpets look really old. While they were not dirty at all - they really give a old and decrepit air to a place that is definitely not decrepit. The outlook could improve very significantly if the carpet is replaced. |

The hotel is well very located. It is a family hotel and is actually more of a pension than a real hotel. Simple but quite comfortable. The rooms are large enough and clean. The breakfast was quite good too. Excellent for people who have come to Vienna for some sightseeing or shopping. Good value for money. Our room was a little bit noisy (there was some noise from the street, but it was bearable). There are also rooms that do not have windows facing the street. |
