Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, large, clean room. Good leisure centre. nice view of the waterfall. Close to town and shuttle to ski lfts. |

Spa-area great, but is a family hotel so its more noisy than I prefer in this facility. Breakfast great. Location and view great, particulary in the spa. One time our key was gone and we got the reserve key, but without explanation where our original key where. This was in the afternoon after we had left the key to the reception around lunch-time. Cleaning was finished before this. Gave us an unpleasant feeling that the key was on drift, but it came back. |

Information ved ankomst var for dårligt. Jeg måtte betale 88€ for parkering. Jeg ved at i skriver på en stykke papir, at der er ingen rabat på parkering hvis der bruges kreditkort. I levere i 2009 alle bruger kreditkort og der er ingen som læser et helt A4 ark angående parkering. 4 dags parkering til 88€ er bare for meget.jeg mener i skal oplyse gæsterne om det. Være bedre til at oplyse de vigtige ting. |

Unser Zimmer war riesengross, wir waren uns schon nicht mehr sicher ob wir eine DZ oder eine Suite gebucht hatten. Herrlicher Ausblick auf den Wasserfall, direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter, grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen hat sogar meinen Freund (Koch) "vom Hocker gehauen". Wunderschöner Wellnessbereich, sehr entspannend! Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasserfall und wir fanden das mächtige Tosen des Wasserfalls "romantisch". Für Personen mit sehr leichtem Schlaf mag es schon als störend empfunden werden, darüber sollte man sich im Klaren sein, |
