Very friendly staff, not to big, not to busy even if it was fully booked. Very good Christmas Dinner with top service. It was missing iron in the room and as a Premium room it should have been a coffee bar. The SPA should have had towels service. About Bad Gastein, it should be notified that half of the town is a ruin (closed down 10-20 years ago) and that the center has moved to the railway station. Not very nice!

Flott badeavdeling med badstuer, basseng, vinterhage etc. Spektakulær beliggenhet mot en foss nedenfor Bad Gastein sentrum. Lite trafikk, men noe støy fra fossen. Imøtekommende og serviceinnstilt personale. Minibuss til skianlegg/sentrum/jernbane.

Stille og rolig sted, bra med basseng, sauna osv. hyggelig betjening Ligger litt langt fra selve sentrum av Bad Gastein, men bra med skibuss opp til Heis og Sentrum

Großzügiges Appartment in der Residenz, Essen war sehr gut, sehr gute Führung des Hotels, der Direktor ist persönlich anwesend und kümmert sich auch selber mit um die Gäste, sehr kompetenter Restaurantleiter und Rezeptionsleiterin. Lift vorhanden. Wir erhielten statt der beiden DZ zwei Appartements wegen einer Buchungsüberschneidung: ohne Extrazahlung und selbstverständlich! Super Service!
