Spa-area great, but is a family hotel so its more noisy than I prefer in this facility. Breakfast great. Location and view great, particulary in the spa. One time our key was gone and we got the reserve key, but without explanation where our original key where. This was in the afternoon after we had left the key to the reception around lunch-time. Cleaning was finished before this. Gave us an unpleasant feeling that the key was on drift, but it came back. |

Unser Zimmer war riesengross, wir waren uns schon nicht mehr sicher ob wir eine DZ oder eine Suite gebucht hatten. Herrlicher Ausblick auf den Wasserfall, direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter, grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen hat sogar meinen Freund (Koch) "vom Hocker gehauen". Wunderschöner Wellnessbereich, sehr entspannend! Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasserfall und wir fanden das mächtige Tosen des Wasserfalls "romantisch". Für Personen mit sehr leichtem Schlaf mag es schon als störend empfunden werden, darüber sollte man sich im Klaren sein, |

Kamen um 10 Uhr morgens an und konnten erfreulicherweise sogleich unsere Suite beziehen, also sofort auch auf die Piste; gut organisierter Shuttle-Service zur Talstation / Skigebiet; internationales Publikum; unkomplizierte kurzfristige (1 Tag vorher) Zubuchung eines Zustellbettes für ein mitreisendes Kind; haben eine Jacke im Zimmer liegen gelassen, wurde uns umgehend nachgeschickt, danke! Kinder-Gitterbettchen statt Zustellbett, obwohl Alter des Kindes mit 13 Jahren angegeben war (wurde aber umgehend ausgetauscht und war eigentlich recht lustig); Kühlschrank ließ sich nicht richtig öffnen und kühlte nicht - dreimal reklamiert, wurde bis zur Abreise nicht behoben |
