El tracte amb el client és exquisit (et faciliten tots els aspectes per fer ideal la teva estada). L'esmorzar és excelent i l'espai molt agradable. L'ubicació és força bona, és a deu minuts caminant del centre. Un hotel on de ben segur tornarem !!! |

The staff was very accommodating especially with our request to leave a day earlier than anticipated. The breakfast selection compared to other hotels at this price was excellent. Also the daily "report" on the table each morning containing the weather report as well as cultural offerings was most helpful. The bed was very hard. This complaint was noted by another reviewer, but I passed it off as being too discerning. They were right, however, as the mattress was most uncomfortable. Perhaps another pillow would have helped too. |

Reasonable location for the price. Friendly staff. Eveything was clean and comfortable. It was very hot during our stay and air conditioning would have meant we could have slept without the window open!! |

Close to centre of town and other attractions Restaurant was closed for two nights of our four night stay for 'private parties'. No air-conditioning so rooms were quite hot. |

I found that the decor was to my liking and that there was a fan provided as the weather was very warm. It was not helpful to find that the restuarant was closed.also the advertisement stated that the railway sattion was tem minutes walk away which is untrue |

thef buffet breakfast and excellent staff no air con, kitchenette but not even a kettle to make a drink, depending who you asked on reception regarding bus routes and where to catch a particular bus one gave excellent info (evenings) the other gave wrong info (days) |

Its very conveniently placed close to the river. About 5 minutes walk to river. Very decently priced, spacious rooms with dining table, kitchenette (i guess it was a studio), good breakfast, and cordial staff. |

how close it was to the center of things, staff were so friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast was excellant and not one bit mean air conditioning would have been great as it was warm and bed was not comfortable but only minor things, overall it was excellant and we will stay there again |

Location excellent- you could walk to the city .No rental car necessary .Hotel staff - very friendly and informed. Made every effort to help . Breakfast - unbeatable . Fantastic value for money.We had a family room - turned out to be a suite ! The street was very noisy at night - no fault of the hotel at all. Just unfortunate .The hotel estaurant was closed for the three days we were there(apart from breakfast ), but that didn't matter - it is impossible to go hungry in Salzburg ! |
