η θεση του ξενοδοχειου αρκετα καλη σε σχεση με το κεντρο τησ πολησ. χωροσ σταθμευσησ σε κοντινη αποσταση. αρκετα πλουσιο προγευμα. |

Το πρωινό θέλει βελτίωση.Επίσης στα δωμάτια ενώ υπάρχει κουζίνα δεν έχουν ούτε πίάτα, ούτε μαχαιροπίρουνα!! Τα κρεβάτια τρίζουν. |

φανταστικη διαμονη - αριστη εξυπηρετηση- αξιζει ολα τα λεφτα που εδωσα....το συνιστω σε ολουσ.... εαν μουδωθει η ευκαιρια θα ξαναπαω... ειναι κοντα στο κεντρο.. 5 λεπτα με τα ποδια ...φανταστικοσ ο κυριοσ τησ να λενε σε αυτουσ που πανε στην παγωμενη σπηλια...ημερισια εκδρομη οτι πρεπει να ειναι οριβατεσ και καλα γυμνασμενοι ... αλλιωσ δεν θα τα καταφερουν ν α γυρισουν σωοι... πολυ δυσκολη εκδρομη !!!! |

A two-room suite with a kitchenette was great for 2 adults and 2 little kids. Breakfast was very good, too. No refrigerator, just a minibar. Bathroom facilities seemed well-worn. Kitchenware is in locked cabinets, you have to pay extra to use it. We brought our own. No parking. |

Pleasant and helpfull staff, good sightseeing trips and the location of the hotel being just five minutes walk from salzburg centre The resteraunt not being open for evening meals most nights |

The hotel was good for the price. They have a small kitchen for longer stays. The bathroom was great. The street was a bit noisy and since it was summer it took time for things to quiet down. There were not enough pillows and the cubbards were all locked. The room key did not unlock them so I assume if we had stayed longer and wanted to cook, we would have had to ask the front desk for the key? |

close to airport and easy to get to airport. Rooms were a bit small and there did not seem to be air conditioning. Only reason I find to use hotel is proximity to airport. So my recommendation is just for that internet is fee based and when I tried to use in room, it would not work. had to get refund |

Hotel is in a decent location from the city. Not too noisy as it can be in the center of the city, and not too far... Hotel staff were really good in explaining the details asked for. They helped us borrow an umbrella as well so that we could save on buying one. They gave us information about our native country retaurant though there was a good restaurant available in the hotel itself. |

Hotel staffs were excellent (esp. Carina) and very very helpful.. We went to Salzburg on our wedding anniversary and mailed the hotel ppl that I needed bit of their help to surprise my husband on our anniversary evening.. As instructed they arranged for a cake, red roses and decorated the room.. location of the hotel is quite good.. The minibar in the room emitted so much of hot air that it almost converted the room to a furnace.. for privacy we could not even leave the window open for ventilation (as there was an adjacent building).. I was so happy with their services for the arrangement of the anniversary surprise that I did not feel like complaining about it.. breakfast was so so.. room was small.. |

The staff was very friendly and spoke English very well. The Austrian breakfast in the morning was very substantial and delicious. We even had the choice to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. The weather turned very warm, but there was a fan in the room so that we slept very comfortably at night. |

Friendly staff willing to help, proximity to the city center is ideal. The rooms are not really my style in terms of decor, but they were clean and there were nice details added. The bar was right next to the reception and people could smoke there. Hence, your first impression of the hotel was the stench of smoke. All my clothes ended up smelling that way. The pillows were way too soft I had a bit of neck pain. |
