価格に比べ予想以上に良かった。 部屋に厨房設備はあるとして選んだが、使用できないように鍵がされ、別料金といわれた。これでは当初から価- 格にオンするか、設備を除くべきだ。 |

ロケーションは市街から徒歩１０分程度で便利です。ファミリールームを利用しましたが広く快適でした。 なし。 |

スタッフの対応が良かった。市内中心部へは徒歩圏内。近くにスーパーもありロケーションが良い。 設備が古く、また4星ホテルにしては朝食メニューが少ない。 |

市街からそれほど遠くなく、歩いてまわれるところに有るのがよかった。 配置されているスタッフが少ないのか、いろいろと手が回っていない印象であった。 |

駐車場は公共のものですが、目の前でした。高速道路からの道が大変わかりやすかった。静かな部屋をリクエス- トしておいたら、庭に面したよい部屋を用意してくれました。親子3人で利用しましたが、2部屋あり、広々し- た、ミニ・キッチンまでついた部屋でした。 ベッドが古いのか、寝ごごちが良くありませんでした。2泊だったので、なんとか我慢できましたが・・・ |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are small apartments, so plenty of room for a family. Easy walking distance to most sights. Cozy bar/lounge. Good breakfast. |

Very friendly reception staff, excellent location - city centre within walking distance; excellent breakfast; suitable for families as there was a small cooking equipment within the room. I was under the impression that the cleaning was not properly done in the room on that day - although bed sheets and towels were clean: I found a concert card that besides the bed and hairs on the bathroom floor |

Friendly, helpful staff; good location w/ parking on the street and easy walk to the center; bright, relatively large, quiet room w/ a modern bathroom; ample breakfast. Would add a little more color and decor to the rooms. |

Friendly staff, free internet access in the lobby and good breakfast quality. Excellent austrian restaurant 150m from the hotel. Old hotel with no A/C in the rooms. Should not be rated as a 4* hotel. |

Very good hotel, and surprisingly good value given how expensive Salzburg/Austria is. We stayed in a family room (in fact two interconnected rooms) and were very impressed, with the room, with the hotel as a whole and with the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff (reception and restaurant).The locations is also very good - just 10 minutes walk from the Old Town and just 5-7 minutes from the main tourist sites in the New Town. We would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. |

First its central location,a nice 5mins walk from the river, across from the old town.Second the staff,as we were on a football trip with Bohemians FC v Red Bull Salzburg, we were keen to get a copy of said match off local TV, our night porter Richard duely obliged us with a DVD copy that evening,that spoke volumes of himself and the staff at the Cordial.We will definetly return to this beautiful Town and Hotel.Many thanks for a great and inexpensive stay !!!! |

Located close to the old city the hotel lobby is close to the bar, which is smoking. You could feel the smoke. |

A two-room suite with a kitchenette was great for 2 adults and 2 little kids. Breakfast was very good, too. No refrigerator, just a minibar. Bathroom facilities seemed well-worn. Kitchenware is in locked cabinets, you have to pay extra to use it. We brought our own. No parking. |
