Its a comfortable hotel to stay in.,.......it has a home away from home feel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Its close and convenient to all that Vienna has to offer but is far enough away from the touristic hustle and bustle in a quieter area where you can stroll safely and not feel like a tourist. Lots of interesting shops and eating places of all varieties.

The hotel is well located only a few minutes walk to the Rathaus and its Xmas market. The rooms were very confortable and the, triple and family ones are very big! Breakfast buffet was expensive (18 Euros per person).

Really liked the hotel. Clean, cozy room. Friendly staff. Tasty and full breakfast. Location is very convenient. Is close to City Hall, Parliament House, The Ring. To the Opera 10-15 minute walk.

This is a traditional, elegant hotel with a nice, very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The location is excellent with shopping, restaurants and coffee houses closeby and streetcars and U-Bahn within a few minutes walk. Local transportation gets you everywhere in no time as the underground system is punctual and fast. We plan to stay there again next time we are in Vienna. The only thing we didn't like was that the kitchenette cabinets were locked. You could get them unlocked for 3 Euros a day to be able to use plates, silverware, cups, pots, etc. We have never heard of a room being offered with a kitchenette where you would have to pay separately to use the contents of the cabinets.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and we liked everything starting from very welcoming check-in procedure (though it was prior to the official check-in time), until our departure. We were also grateful for the kitchinette (travelling with a bit 'choosy in food' child sometimes you need something your child is accustomed to), so this is quite helpful to have such a thing at any time at hand. The daily clean service was excellent. The design of the rooms was stylish and it was a pleasure to have a rest after a tough tourist's day. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Vienna and will stay there next time. The only thing which wasn't quite nice was the textile material of the blanket cover (it touched as though it had quite noticeable amount of synthetics, and was not 100% comfortable for touch).

Extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter Laut! Zimmer laut! Verkehr kracht die ganze Nacht am Fenster vorbei, deswegen werde ich dort leider nicht mehr absteigen.

La ubicación es buena y el trato agradable. Para tener cuatro estrellas se echa en falta restaurante y las habitaciones nada del otro mundo. Te esperas algo mas por lo de las cuatro estrellas.

Proximité du centre ville, possibilité de réserver un parking, bien que celui-ci soit un peu éloigné, environ 5min à pied de l'hôtel. Chambre très petite. Petit déjeuner proposé à la réservation très cher. Petit déjeuner à la française moins cher possible sur place (boisson, croissant, petit pain, beurre, confiture). Mieux vaut prendre le petit déjeuner dans l'un des cafés viennois réputés.

Ottima posizione, a 20 minutai a piedi dal centro, vicino a metropolitana e maggiori attrazioni. Le camere che affacciano sulla via principale non sono particolarmente insonorizzate, ma comunque accettabile.

市庁舎前のクリスマスマーケットに夜行きたかったので割と近くのホテルと言う事でここにしました。徒歩圏内- で地下鉄も路面電車も利用出来て、場所的には良かったです。 部屋の予約はスイートだったはずですが、実際にはリビングを潰してソファベッドがある状況で、更にもの凄く- 小さなキッチンがあったにも関わらず食器類は鍵がかかっていて使えず。まぁ、こんなもんかと言う設備でした- 。総合評価的には〇ですが、◎では無いです。
