My business apointment was very closeby, that was the only reason for chosing the hotel. If you don't need to be in this locatipn I can't think of a reason for chosing this hotel. It is not bad, but far away from four stars, a rather mediocre three stars. Many many alternatives in Vienna which offer more for less money.

600 meters from Ober St. Veit U-bahn on the U4 line, 10 stops from Karlplatz, 4 from Schoenbrunn. Residential neighborhood with a SPAR grocery store only 200 meters away. Comfort double room is large and a great value. Minibar, fridge, small elevator, free street parking, free strong WI-FI. Since Austria allows indoor smoking, the lobby smells of cigarettes

It is a quiet hotel, in a quiet neighborhood. it is generally a comfortable place. The electrical outlets in the room is not enough. it was only one outlet for the TV, the desk lamp, the labtop charger, the mobile charger, ..etc. only one electrical device can be used at a time.

Nette, ruhige Lage, Personal nett. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Elektrische Einrichtung, welche sich auf dem Gang befand war in der Nacht im Zimmer störend zu hören. Verbau der Duschkabine (Zi 201) undicht, da nicht korrekt installiert.

Das Hotel ist ausgezeichnet, vor allem das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Saubere und ruhige Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Nur die Parkplatzsucherei am Abend kann sehr nerven, da da das Hotel in einem Wohngebiet liegt und abends entsprechend viele Autos dort parken. Bis auf die Parkplatzsucherei ist alles bestens dort.

Proche du metro. Quartier calme.Bon accueil. Chambre très grande. Idem salle de bain.Petit hotel calme.Propre. Petit déjeuner copieux.Parking gratuit au pied de l'hotel Pas de restauarant sur place mais auberge autrichienne typique à 5mn à pied (musique, cadre typique).La télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnait pas + une lampe de chevet hors service.

La habitacion estaba muy bien, el desayuno tambien. Tiene muy cerca la estacion de metro que te lleva a todos los lugares de interes Solo hay wifi en las zonas publicas y el parking es en la calle, aunque siempre hay lugar y es seguro.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis eher schlecht, wo sind die 4 Sterne? Kleines Zimmer, Teppichboden nicht mehr zeitgemäß in dieser Kategorie. Ham and Eggs 4 Euro extra!
