The location is a bit far from the tourist attraction, need to catch a subway. You need to walk around 10 minutes from hotel to get to the subway station. At night the surrounding areas of the station is a bit dark so it is a bit scary. |

This is a budget way to visit Vienna with car as they have their own underground parking included in the room expense. Actually nothing to add, as it's already brand as is.. Park Inn! |

Excellent value for money, 10 mins out of centre, but a metro service close to the hotel means this is not a problem. Large clean room, very good breakfast. Some road noise if located on the street side of the hotel, but when the air conditioning is on the disruption is minimal. Staff helpful. Would stay here again based on this experience. |

Location is realy great. A beautiful park was just a few minutes walk away. We had a very quite family room. Staff was realy nice and helpful. Very good for a family. We definitly come to this hotel if we decided to come to Vienna. The bathroom was large enough but there was just body and hair shapmoo were found in it. We did not found other things like toothpaste, shower cap, etc. There were a note saying that we had to obtain them from the front desk. |

Very conveniant connections by subway and airport bus. Silent and clean hotel with helpful staff. The capacity of the AC was too low when the outside temp was above 30C. |

The room was large (we stayed in the junior suite deluxe) and had almost everything we needed. Rather comfortable, and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was more than sufficient and they were always refilling it. Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect English. 5' walk from a U-bahn station, 15'–20' from center (with the metro). Nice neighborhood. If it hadn't been the dust, I would have given this hotel 10/10 (for a four star proper). There was an intense smell of dust in the hallways. The room was not very clean: it seemed it hadn't been dusted in a while and there were some spider webs on the ceiling. When we first entered the room, the light bulb in the bathroom was missing. More like a three star proper, not a four star hotel. |

Clean and large room with good internet access. Bed was exceptionally large and comfortable. Kettle and coffee provided. Breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful. Although not in the center of Vienna, hotel was conveniently located only a short few-minute walk to a metro (underground) line which brought you directly to the center of the city. It was also located within a 10 minute walk to a childrens' outdoor playground/area and a 20 minute walk to a large indoor shopping mall/complex. I also liked the fact that there was secure, indoor parking (but remember: first come/first served!). Although a very decent hotel at a reasonable rate, there were times when i felt there were things that could have been done just that little bit better. For instance, there were not enough dining room staff. On one of our three days, 1/2 the tables were covered with dirty dishes. In fact, I actually saw guests arrive and have to clear their own tables as there were no staff in sight. Also, to receive toiletry items (other than soap), one had to go to the front desk to request them. |

Close to subway and shuttle to the airport. Good breakfast. Large room and bathroom with tub. Very clean room. Big and very good playground just one minute from the hotel. Food store close to the hotel. Perfect for our family. |

Nice hotel. Easy access to U-Bahn. Our room looked out over a courtyard where we were waked up off and on all night with people coming and going. Nice hotel except for that. |
