Everything was OK. Food is very good. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Close to a metro station. WiFi signal in room not very good. Breakfast not well organized when there are a lot of customers. Coffee from the machine in the breakfast area was terrible, while the vending machine in the lobby makes very good coffee.

Everything was perfect-location, staff, rooms. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the U-station and 300 mtrs from Billa. We celebrated the birthday of our son and the staff made very tasty cake. The breakfast is excellent. We asked for rooms looking to the backyard and we got them. It was very clean and quiet.We reccommend this hotel to everybody who goes to Vienna. Only ten minutes with the subway and you are in the center.

The rooms are cleaned every day. There is only limited free parking. If you come by car be prepared to find out the garage is "full" and you desperately need to find parking place (nearly impossible to find) in the neighbourhood. If you choose this hotel for free parking, pay attention, it is not!

less than 30 minutes from airport by bus. 5 minutes walk to station, and 10 minutes from Stephansplatz by metro. good to walk around the hotel. kind staffs and comfortable room. sometimes the network didn't work

I use the Park Inn regularly for business travel to the nearby Vienna International Centre. It is conveniently located for this purpose. The staff are helpful, and the rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. I also like the included breakfast.

This is a really nice hotel. Breakfast was 5 star, WIFI was excellent. We had a dinner and it was great. Staff is always there to help. Its not in the city center and not too many choices of restaurant. I would refer this hotel to my friends but location is not ideal.

Proximity to Vienna center where the conference was. Spacious room. Good bathroom. Most staff spoke English. No porters to carry luggage. No room service. Limited cuisine Limited Internet No air conditioning. Dirty carpet

We are very satisfied with staying in this hotel. All was excellent. Friendly and helpful stuff, room was very clean and cozy. Nothing was missing. Great location near Ubahn station. You can also park your car in free (!) hotel garage. I think I have found hotel for next trips to Vienna :-).

Good value for the money, free parking and wireless internet free of charge. Do not forget to turn on the heat regulator(that by the way is air blowed and quite noisy), which is hidden on the right side of the radiator. I just discovered it in the morning, lucky they had thick blanket.

Big garage, with easy access, and a lot of room inside; great breakfast choice. The location is unappealing, but it's ok for a business trip, or in transit.

Nice, clean, large rooms with all ammenities. Excellent staff! The hotel agreed to my using my room for 4 hours after the check-out time due to a delay in my return flight. Nice lounge bar.

It's value for money. What do you else need if you visit a city such as Vienna? A clean shower, a good bed aтв a rich breakfast. - Perfect! The underground is just arround the corner and easy to reach by foot. The garage requires deep parking skills and is very narrow

This is the 3rd or 4th time we visit this hotel. Now we slept 2 nights. As usual, the staff was excellent, breakfast better than many other hotels we have visited, location - close to the underground station; easy access to highways (we traveled by car); very clean, good air conditioning, wi-fi; they have even an iron in the room if you need to iron your clothes. I particularly liked the bath tube.
