Fantastic place to stay only 5 stops on the Ubahn to Stephansplatz. Free car parking on a first come basis. Our room in the rear wing overlooked trees so was very relaxing. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Management should be very proud of them. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Add to all this the best buffet breakfast that we've had in our travels and this hotel is top of the list .

Very good location, close to the underground station. Airport bus stop in front of the hotel. Very comfortable large room for 3 people. Kitchenette, iron, etc. Very comfortable hotel. I will stay there in the future as well.

A good hotel with freindly staff and good facilituies. Large room and as requested - at rear of hotel. Good breakfast and wifi also a good sized well equiped bathroom. Good underground safe parking on site. Also close to Ubahn station.

We were very disapointed with an evening meal ordered though the bar menu and would recomend always eating out in the evening - not a loss as so may places to eat well in Vienna.

The proximity to the city and the Ubahn. The comfort of the rooms and the availability of parking and internet.

The buffet breakfast, with hams ,cheeses, cereals, eggs bacon and sausages, juices and coffee plus more. We had a terrace room, allowing us to sit outside in the evenings and just relax with a coffee or drink. Free wifi also computers and printer which we used for downloading boarding tickets. Nice friendly bar. Hotel was spotless, and staff very helpful. Airport bus stops at door, saves on taxi. Underground is just a few minutes down the road, also Donau centrum just a stop along the road for shops etc. A few minutes on the tube and you are in the centre of vienna at stephansplaz for restaurants or shops, museums etc. This hotel was perfect for our weeks visit.

The weather comes to mind and sometimes the breakfast buffet was not replenished as quickly as it could have been, but when brought to the staffs attention, was soon dealt with.

Nice location, very close to the metro station where you can take direct connection to city center. Break fast was really nice with plenty of options available. Nice friendly staff at reception.

Refilling of food during breakfast after 09.10 am. was poor to very poor. For example, no boiled egg and bacon for the first day, fruit cocktail served as left in the bowl on the second day.

Everything was OK. Food is very good. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Close to a metro station.

WiFi signal in room not very good. Breakfast not well organized when there are a lot of customers. Coffee from the machine in the breakfast area was terrible, while the vending machine in the lobby makes very good coffee.

Everything was perfect-location, staff, rooms. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the U-station and 300 mtrs from Billa. We celebrated the birthday of our son and the staff made very tasty cake. The breakfast is excellent. We asked for rooms looking to the backyard and we got them. It was very clean and quiet.We reccommend this hotel to everybody who goes to Vienna. Only ten minutes with the subway and you are in the center.

The rooms are cleaned every day.

There is only limited free parking. If you come by car be prepared to find out the garage is "full" and you desperately need to find parking place (nearly impossible to find) in the neighbourhood. If you choose this hotel for free parking, pay attention, it is not!

less than 30 minutes from airport by bus. 5 minutes walk to station, and 10 minutes from Stephansplatz by metro. good to walk around the hotel. kind staffs and comfortable room.

sometimes the network didn't work

The staff were very accommodating & friendly! Highly recommend this hotel. Location is convenient to subway. Will return!!
