Lähellä metro yhteyttä.Lentokentälle bussi menee hotellin vierestä.Runsas monipuolinen aamiainen.Tilava iso huone.Siisti. Erikseen piti pyytää ihovoiteet,shamboot j.n.e .Kylpyhuoneessa oli vaan yleispesuaine . |

Loistosijainti, kongressikeskus ja metro aivan vieressä. Samoin hyvät yhteydet lentokentälle. Siisteys hyvä. Aamupala todella hyvä. |

Hyvä sijainti, kaunis ympäristö. Metropysäkki lähellä. Bussi lentokentältä toi hotellille asti, siis hyvä palvelu. Olisi saanut olla sähköistetyt ovet kaikissa sisäänkäynneissä. |

My room was silent and I was sleeping and working, it means a lot for me. It was close to Austria Centar anda I was in the center of the ciy for 15 minutes. |

I like the most excellent location. We went for sightseeing, shopping, walking on the Kartnerstrasse... U-bahn is excellent connected with the hotel. That means the hotel is excellent connected to all parts of Wien. |

Good stay with quite low cost through Booking.com. Including breakfast which was pretty ok. Air conditioner smelled like cigarettes when it was turned on, so we put windows open and no air conditioner. If it would've been hot night, there would've been trouble, as there was a busy street in front of the window, and there would've been too much noise. Otherwise everything was good. |

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Really useful that all spoke excellent English. A nice mix of warm, comfortable country style rooms and city location. Good breakfast. Good bar. |

The staff very atencious and friendly. I parked my car there before and after check-in/out without extra cost. The towels were not very clean, there were spots in them. The bed was unconfortable at least for my preference. |

Friendly and homely atmosphere The areas for improvement would be for good communication between the staff at the Front Desk with the Room Keeper. I was informed that due to my late flight at 1925hrs, I could have late check out at 1515, but when I arrived at the hotel and doing my packing at about 1430hrs, the Room Keeper had knocked on my door to ask if I am checking out, so that she could cleean the room. This has been my second experience of the similar 'unpleasant kind '. I ;ve been staying at your hotel for I believe 4 occassions to date. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be similar throughout my almost 2 weeks stay. Thank you. |

The hotel staff was very helpfull and kind. The breakfast buffet rich and close to the metro station. Relativly easy to find when traveling by car. |

Good breakfast and the room was huge even for a triple. Convenient to downtown via tram. Bar food and beers are reasonably priced. furniture a bit outdated who really cares- this is a good hotel. |

The location of the hotel is good. With an easy walk you can reach the subway and in 5-10 minutes, you're in the very center of the city. Also the staff was very hepful. |

Facilities offered by hotel were all to our liking. Very spacious room with modern bathroom. Free WLAN. Free safe car park. Location of hotel is close to U1 bahn station, just a block away. Easy access to main motorways. Last but not least a true buffet breakfast, fresh fruit (not tinned) for salad. |

The location was excellant for us to take a walk along with donau river We chose this hotel because of review which had misguided us.The blackfast was not excellant. The bed was not so good. However we were generally satisfied. |

The location is perfect, quiet place just 3 min. walking from the Ubahn station, polite and helpfull english speaking staff. Clean large rooms, AC and the parking are just perfect. No safe in the room, but it was possible to use the reception safe. Weak WiFi signal but usable. |

We had a small suite with cooking facilities which we used often at the end of a hard day's worth of sightseeing. The air conditioning worked great during a very hot weather spell in Vienna. Located a block away from the Underground. Tight but functional parking garage. Good breakfast. Easy on - easy off to major highways. |
