Park Inn by Radisson Uno City Vienna  

Hotelli oli ihanan hiljainen. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen, erityisesti pidin hedelmäsalaatista.

Hiljaisen huoneen rauhan rikkoi aika ajoin ilmastointilaite, joka piti kovaa raksutusta, mutta onneksi sen sai itse kytkettyä pois päältä. Ajoittain laite toimi moitteettomasti. Kun raksutus alkoi, ei olisi pystynyt nukkumaan ellei sitä olisi saanut napista suljettua. Onneksi ei ollut helleaika, jolloin olisi ollut hankalampi sulkea (viilentävä) ilmastointi.

Kävelymatkan päässä Vienna International Centeristä (iaea) ja U1-linjan asemasta. Metroyhteys keskustaan nopea ja määräaikaislippu edullinen. Lentokenttäbussi myös kätevä. Huone siisti ja aamiainenkin kohtuullisen monipuolinen.

Probably breakfast was the main highlight of the hotel. There was also a park within a few minutes walking distance.

The hotel was rated as a 4-Star, which was our main selection criteria. But what this hotel offered was barely a 2-Star equivalent. I strongly suggest Booking.com to reclassify this hotel's rating. We paid 520 Euro for 4 nights which is too much for what it offered, specially considering it's far location from city centre. The air conditioning didn't work and we were told the coolest the rooms would get is 25 C!! The main lobby was cool, which I think is cheating, as the rooms were very hot! No convenient store or drugstore near-by and had to take a ride to city centre for such needs. Very few restaurants in the surroundings.

It was not the first time I've stayed in this hotel. I always choose booking.com for booking. This time and for the first time, my reservation has been canceled. Fortunately there were rooms available and they gave me another one for the same price. I think that there must have been some confusion with other reservation that I have for next month (November 20-25). I think that was some confusion from the hotel. They should pay more attention to the details of the bookings and cancelations. Nevertheless, you be aware of such problems

It is right in front of the metro u1 that goes to the centre of the city.The hotel is clean and breakfast is very good. They were also prepared to provide gluten free bread upon our request. Really fantastic. Rooms are really nice and clean. Easy access for baby on buggies.

The parking is really small, but anyway a place can be found if it is not too crowdy.

Park Inn was located close to a railway station which was ideal for us to be independent with sightseeing. We found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. A friend visited us for a day and they willing parked her car in a hotel car park for the day. The room was very large, comfortable and beautifully clean and we would recommend this hotel to other travelers. Our stay here was most enjoyable.

Ideal location for business and city trip (although this hotel is not located in the middle of Veinna city, you can access to hot tour spots in several mins by subway). The staffs are all excellent and nice. Breakfast buffet is excllent. Best value for money.

As a family with your children, we entirely enjoyed our stay at Park Inn UNO City. The staff was terrific - from the receptionests to room service staff. The breakfast is very hearty (just as the Viennese meals are!). In particular, we had a mini suite (with a kitchen including cookers, plates, pans, and untensils), which made life much easier when you do not want to go out for the evening meal. It is a few minutes walk to the metro (U1 line) and once on the metro it takes 10-15 minutes to go to all the attractions Vienna has to offer! Will definitely come back again!

The hotel is well situated for my purposes. It is clean and bright. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel would be much improved if it had a proper kitchen. The meals are all pre-prepared and very basic. The menu is not at all appealing.

Extremely spacious rooms.

Excessive heating in rooms. Towels were changed even if not requested.

When you get out of the metro, which is not far away, it is not obvious in what direction to go and when it it late in the evening and dark it can be even more confusing. Bbetter signs around the metro where the hotel area is would be helpful.
