Courtesy, balcony, breakfast
Very friendly staff
I liked the big room and clean bathrooms
the old faded carpets were a big turn off and it was the first thing that I saw when I walked into the room. The next big thing was the bad smell in the corridor on the second floor it reminded of dirty blocked water ways in some poor countries. I didn't expect to get such a smell in a hotel in Vienna
Wifi Proximity to amenities such as u-bahn station
No spare pillows
Excellent Location close to international offices and organisations
Mattress over used - feels like a boat. Though notice says amenities available at reception......it would be good to have shampoo, soap etc in the bathroom
Great hotel for a short stay, just oposite U bahn, on a airport bus route. Can get into and out of Vienna centre very quickly. Clean tidy and modern.
A bit of a plasticky businessman hotel but not a problem.
Helpful staff, big and quiet room, very good and rich breakfast, free parking place is a plus for Vienna
Close to U barhn and the airport bus stop
Room was in an annex wing which meant you had to walk out of the main hotel to get to the room. Not ideal in winter!!
Free parking, nice and clean rooms, close to metro station, quiet area, very good wi-fi
Almost everything was fine :) and underground is really close so it is not a problem that the hotel is not in the city centre
It was really dirty under the bed and fruit for breakfast tasted bitter. The rest was nothing to complain about :)
breakfast - parking included...
old building, poor bathroom
The internet access Quietness Breakfast
Spacy room, very good breakfast, free parking place, helpful staff.
The breakfast The deluxe suite, it was really big for a hotel room Te bathroom was clean Big double bad, bot the single extra bed very small and unconfortable.
As a tourist from a warmer place, it was a little cold in the room even we turned up the heater.
Friendly and polite staff all speaking English, very good breakfast, Clean, large, quiet room (backyard), Wi-fi reception good in all hotel, big and cleaned bathroom, good selection of TV programs, Business area with printer, the Lounge Bar has a nice selection of dishes for quick snack. Nearby metro station U1 allows easy access to the whole Vienna. Bus stop from airport is in front of the Hotel. Excellent hotel for UN(VIC) complex visitors. Recommend as business hotel.
The bed was too soft for me.
location, free parking, breakfast
The staff were kind and helpful. The room was large, silent, commodious, it contained two fridges, heating facility, two kits of glasses, etc.. Although I haven't time to use them they could give a plus comfort. The room was provided with a well separated bathroom with bathtub in which I prefer to shower cabin. Breakfast was in plenty and delicious.
At night I needed more light (e.g. a stronger lamp on the ceiling) in the room.
spacious room, garage, large TV, breakfast
there was no coffee/tea sets for each day (only the first and on my request for the last day), key card was demagnetized very often, I had to ask three times to recover it.
Nice breakfasts included in price.
Hear neighboring toilets flushing.
Location is quite convenient - a couple of metro stops (3-4?), and you are in the center. The breakfast products are various, and you can choose what you want. The girls who are serving breakfast are great - always smiling and helping you to get an additional croissant. The hotel is OK in general.
The rooms of the same type are totally different: and if you are lucky, you will get it in the main building, and it is much bigger than in the other building. Again if you are lucky and you live in the main building, you do not need to get your outerwear to go for a breakfast which is served in the main building. And if you are lucky, you get a parking lot. If you are not, you get it too, but somewhere on the street (that is generally also not bad, considering other hotels offer parking for additional price). And the breakfast itself is a mess. We stayed during NY holidays, and there were SO MANY people that you had to survive a big queue to get a cup of coffee. And you could barely find a place where to sit and eat in peace. The reception girls are obviously overloaded because of many guests, that's why they don't pay due attention to all needs.
Great staff. Clean. Good wi fi in room. Good breakfast bar (basic).
In 13 days, they never fixed our key cards. We had issues entering the room every single day, and wasted a lot of time taking trips to the front desk for a new key.
No fruits at breakfast
the street side of the hotel is very noisy
The location was quite good. It was an easy walk to the closest underground and a quick ride into the city center (we had our car and did not want to deal with driving or parking downtown). The staff members were generally pleasant and helpful. In particular the bartender was very professional, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was much more than we were expecting and we were pleasantly surprised as it featured a wide assortment of hot and cold breakfast items. Rooms were clean (but not comfortable).
Despite pleasant staff, a good breakfast and a good location the rooms and overall hotel areas were in need of some serious updating. The bed was one of the worst beds I have ever slept on (and I have done a lot of travelling). It made for two uncomfortable and miserable nights and did not set me up well for the long days of sightseeing in Vienna. The Wi-Fi was quite slow and I had to plug in to a LAN several times. The refrigerator did not seem to work at all and I had to throw out my food. I could not crack the windows as I was on the ground floor and people were constantly smoking right outside. The room was not dirty but felt worn, soulless and tired. Due to the horrible bed alone I do not think I would stay here again.
