reception service, breakfast Room facility. We were assigned to a handicapped room - the shower and mirror are quite low. The management of restaurant is not good. We were very unhappy and unwilling to stay in that restaurant. |

The breakfast was very good. I booked a standard triple room, but we got a normal double room with an extra bed.I think it is not the same. |

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Champagne buffet breakfast was outstanding -- lots of choices, and food was of good quality. Minutes down the street to a metro that's only a couple of stops from the center of Altstadt. The rooms were renovated, modern, and quite clean and comfortable. WiFi was free, as was the parking. Can't think of a thing. It's not a fancy hotel, but it didn't need to be for what we needed: parking, internet, bed, shower, breakfast. |

Relatively large room The room was for non-smoking and still had an ash trey and smelled as a smoking one. The breakfast was a very unpleasant surprise, as we found plum cakes wich got musty and the salad fruit was tainted. First time in any hotel were we were served rotten food |

Everything was good! Private underground parking, good staff, cleaness, huge breakfasts, any kind of services, perfect rooms; about 200 mt. to U-tube station (ONU Palace Tube Station); great choice |
