Park Inn Uno City Vienna

Ótima localização (em frente ao prédio da ONU e da estação do metrô). O atendimento na recepção superou as expectativas. Os atendentes, sempre muito atenciosos, auxiliaram inclusive em relação ao acesso aos pontos turistícos distantes com o uso do transporte público e onde fazer refeições de qualidade por um preço acessível. O café da manhã é muito bom, com bastante variedade de pães, queijos e frios. O quarto e o banheiro são de bom tamanho, limpos e bem mobiliados: possui poltrona, armário, frigobar, cofre e uma pequena estação de trabalho, além de banheira.

A internet a cabo poderia ser mais veloz. Não havia internet sem fio. No banheiro não há qualquer produto de higiene, apenas sabão líquido.

My room was silent and I was sleeping and working, it means a lot for me. It was close to Austria Centar anda I was in the center of the ciy for 15 minutes.

I like the most excellent location. We went for sightseeing, shopping, walking on the Kartnerstrasse... U-bahn is excellent connected with the hotel. That means the hotel is excellent connected to all parts of Wien.

AC was a little weak on warm days, breakfast times were short for weekend

Good stay with quite low cost through Booking.com. Including breakfast which was pretty ok.

Air conditioner smelled like cigarettes when it was turned on, so we put windows open and no air conditioner. If it would've been hot night, there would've been trouble, as there was a busy street in front of the window, and there would've been too much noise. Otherwise everything was good.

The staff very atencious and friendly. I parked my car there before and after check-in/out without extra cost.

The towels were not very clean, there were spots in them. The bed was unconfortable at least for my preference.

The breakfast was very rich and nice. Kindly and hospitably staff.

Maybe the price was little bit higher for hotel’s category.

The hotel staff was very helpfull and kind. The breakfast buffet rich and close to the metro station. Relativly easy to find when traveling by car.

Good breakfast and the room was huge even for a triple. Convenient to downtown via tram. Bar food and beers are reasonably priced.

The location of the hotel is good. With an easy walk you can reach the subway and in 5-10 minutes, you're in the very center of the city. Also the staff was very hepful.

Facilities offered by hotel were all to our liking. Very spacious room with modern bathroom. Free WLAN. Free safe car park. Location of hotel is close to U1 bahn station, just a block away. Easy access to main motorways. Last but not least a true buffet breakfast, fresh fruit (not tinned) for salad.

The location is perfect, quiet place just 3 min. walking from the Ubahn station, polite and helpfull english speaking staff. Clean large rooms, AC and the parking are just perfect.

No safe in the room, but it was possible to use the reception safe. Weak WiFi signal but usable.

Cleanliness, breakfast, free parking and good quality wi-fi LAN.

Room furniture/set-up needs some improvements.
