很好的酒店，房间超级大，服务员微笑灿烂，早餐很丰盛，这次欧洲之行住的最舒适的一个酒店。酒店里市区稍微- 有一点远，还好门口就是U1，交通还是很方便的。

Efficient friendly service. Excellent value for money.... hearty breakfast and wireless included in the price. Perfect location for the UN and for travel into the city.

Chose this hotel because of the free car park offered.

Staff was great. There was not enough parking spaces, so they offered to let us temporarily park the car, and they would move it so we would not have to worry about finding a spot. Also, they were very responsive and respectful. The Internet worked very well, and the breakfast buffet included in the room was simply amazing. Very nice. Great location to the subway, and close to the downtown area, so it was quick to get around to places.

The cool air conditioning in the junior suites was terrible. The units cold air output is seriously under-sized. We told the staff about it, and they tried to fix it. Two nights in that room were very unrestful, as it was hot. They moved us to a second suite, and we had the same problem. Fortunately the weather had cooled some, so opening the windows helped some, but without fans, the air was still pretty warm in the room. Also, the parking is very limited.

Free garage, free and fast internet, good breakfast, nice and helpful staff.

In spite of everything, the hotel is overpriced and does not feel like ****. TV in the room was CRT (!), rather old with unresponsive remote control, the room is too small for the category of the hotel, just an average bathroom.

Great location if you are visiting VIC. Metro just across the road. Airport bus drops off right at the hotel door. Very friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast...simply delicious. Free internet. Very clean and quiet.

Ummm the mattress was rather well used. Should be replaced.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with good local knowledge. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. The location was perfect as I was competing in the Vienna marathon and it is next to the start. Ti is also a good location to take a short tube ride to the city centre.
