Park Inn Uno City Vienna

The three days I spent in park inn was definitely a highlight of my trip in Vienna. The room is very comfortable and with high quality services. Park inn will be my first choice next time I travel around Europe .

good parking garage with moderate breakfast.walking distance to subway station,and near by two gas station.very nice staff.

Everything was perfect.We reccomand this hotel.

The location is a bit far from the tourist attraction, need to catch a subway. You need to walk around 10 minutes from hotel to get to the subway station. At night the surrounding areas of the station is a bit dark so it is a bit scary.

How close it was to the underground tram.

Excellent value for money, 10 mins out of centre, but a metro service close to the hotel means this is not a problem. Large clean room, very good breakfast. Some road noise if located on the street side of the hotel, but when the air conditioning is on the disruption is minimal. Staff helpful. Would stay here again based on this experience.

Very conveniant connections by subway and airport bus. Silent and clean hotel with helpful staff.

The capacity of the AC was too low when the outside temp was above 30C.

The room was large (we stayed in the junior suite deluxe) and had almost everything we needed. Rather comfortable, and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was more than sufficient and they were always refilling it. Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect English. 5' walk from a U-bahn station, 15'–20' from center (with the metro). Nice neighborhood. If it hadn't been the dust, I would have given this hotel 10/10 (for a four star proper).

There was an intense smell of dust in the hallways. The room was not very clean: it seemed it hadn't been dusted in a while and there were some spider webs on the ceiling. When we first entered the room, the light bulb in the bathroom was missing. More like a three star proper, not a four star hotel.

I've liked the size of the room, the food wich was very varied and fresh,a lot of fruits, helpfull staff, quiet and free of young drunks zone

I didn't appreciated the ants in the bathroom and the bathroom was not so clean
