The Park Royal Palace is right next to Vienna’s Technical Museum and just a 5-minute walk from Schönbrunn Palace. Surrounded by its own park, it has a fitness area with a sauna and steam bath.

Very good location, parking behind the building. Clean and cosy.
Wi-Fi in the room is only paid.
Clean, comfortable, nice staff, on a good location close to Schonbrunn Mansion. Metro station behind corner.
Expensive internet, no free wifi on the rooms.
The location was close to the castle and the metro. The room was comfortable and clean and the shower was awesome.
- the mini gym was very well kept with bottled water for free - our dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious - wifi worked perfect and fast
curtain in the shower corner instead of a glass door
The bed ! Ah, and the guy from the restaurant , very kind and proffesional !
The staff from Front Desk ( one exception,Vanesha) was under the standard of a hotel ..." by Marriott ". One of them told me that never, ever at Courtyard they've had sleepers !!! But, after 5 minutes, one of the employee gave us 2 pairs of sleepers!!! Q.E.D.
- 2 min walking distance from the Schonbrunn subway station - helpful hotel staff - private parking - decent prices at the "mini" market close to the reception
- nothing in particular
- great location for visiting Schonbrunn - rooms are comfortable, there is enough space for 2 people and baggage - close to U - metro station - good selection for breakfast in hotel restaurant
- I hoped to have famous Venise breakfast in a restaurant/cafe close to the hotel. However, couldn't find any nice restaurant close by
Proximity to Schooner unnecessary palace and subway
Very relaxed and enjoyable in the lobby/bar/cafe.
The staff was extremely accommodating. Booking.com messed up our reservation but the staff did what they could, at no extra cost to give us a room that was big enough. Also extremely close to the u4 stop and the the Schloss.
Air Conditioning wasn't great and WiFi in the room was 8 Euro every 24 hours, which is a considerable hidden cost.
Big room Big bathroom Very close to the schonbrunn palace
No WiFi in the room
The area and hotel was nice and quiet. The staff were very courteous and very helpful in advising us. The location is very convenient. Just down the road you have a good few stores and bakeries which were lovely. The SPAR shop was very close on the adjacent street which was useful in many levels; mainly for bottled water in my case. The station is about 2-3 minutes walk and is served by a very useful line to many of the main stations for sites. The Schönbrunn itself was very close and lovely to start a morning with.
On the first night there were two common indoor spindly spiders but nothing major. Easily rid of. I was afterall nearer to the ground floor which is not unusual to find those. Not a serious negative comment to be honest.
This is the second time we have stayed here. This time we were just "passing through" Vienna, so we chose to stay at the hotel again because we had a good experience on our previous stay and we did not want or need to go into the centre of the city. We had a good room with a comfortable bed. The onsite parking was very convenient and the breakfast was very good. The inroom wifi was very good. It was also handy to be able to get some snacks from the little "shop" beside Reception. It is a great location in walking distance of the Schonbrunn Palace and easy to catch the train to the city centre.
The parking fee was a little expensive.
It was our first night in Austria and the staff answered a lot of questions for us, all with a smile. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. We were grateful for the air conditioning which was often not found in public buildings. We were very happy with our stay and got a very reasonable rate because we paid when we made our reservation.
Everything! The staff, the parking, the location the very well prepared room, the coffee selection!! Great.
Careful, they put one of those rubber condoms on the beds. Remove them before you go to sleep this makes it impossible to have a good night rest. Otherwise perfect.
Proximity to the Schonbrunn Palace The welcoming nature of the staff and the quality of food
intermittent nature of the wifi
It is located right near Schonbrunn and near a subway station. Pleasant staff. The food from the bar was ok - you can have it to go also. The room had tea/coffee pot.
The mattress was hard and not that comfortable. We received a room with two separated beds, which could not be united.
- Internet was extremely slow. I reported this every day and when i checked out I told Monica and asked her if she could take the €8/day off the bill. She said there was nothing she could do about it. - When checking in they refused to help me find out what my Marriott membership number was. - Rooms were not cleaned before 3pm on the Wednesday so I had to miss cleaning. On the Thursday the room was being cleaned at 3:30pm when I arrived back from work. - On Friday morning I informed staff that there was no scrambled egg at breakfast (09:20). At 09:40 I asked again and was brought a plate just with eggs for me. My girlfriend and colleagues didn't get any so they left. - I asked at check out how I could make a formal complaint and was told to contact the hotel by email as complaints wouldn't be taken over the counter!! I have never complained about hotels in the past and I have to say this was by far the worst experience I had.
Reception staff is very helpful.
Internet only in the lobby which is too small to handle the crowd. Many tourist groups with large numbers, crowded, noisy. Breakfast is poor, coffee is bad.
Maria, the front desk staff was very helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable.
Kinda far from the grocery, but no big deal.
Location, excellent for visiting Schonbrun.
The hotel is clean and decent with friendly staff. Location is perfect if you would like to stay near Schönbrunn.
Very close to Schoenbrunn park, if you are in Vienna for the sommer night concert, this is the place to stay!
Clean rooms and sound proof windows.
No room service, small hotel with small facilities. No free WiFi shows they didn't arrive yet in the 21st century.
