Hotel Cristall

The hotel is situated close to Prater and city centre as well.You can achieve the centre by walk in 15 minutes.Rooms are comfortable ,clean,breakfest very good,staff excellent.I recommend this hotel.

I liked there the furniture and position of the hotel. There are very beautiful restaurant and garden. The food was realy good too.

that they agreed to change the room at last. the first 2 options were not suitable for living

the hotel has a very bad rooms (part of them) and the pictures in your site are not really look like to the reality. the rooms are (art of them) are very small. can't work for 2 people.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was quite good for three stars, the location is quite convenient, not too far from the Ring.

Unfortunately the water didn't get hot in the shower in the morning.

The rooms were great for a family of 4 (we stayed in the apartment-style room). Breakfast was very good and the staff were great.

Location, seemed like a poor end of town, located far from the ring center and right across the street from a strip joint. Hotel was very noisy with thin walls and located right beside the tracks of the commuter train.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to the congress centre for the conference I attended. The room was neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with directions and information. I would recommend the hotel barring the issue of lack of hot water which I have outlined below.

Unfortunately, my TV did not work and although I mentioned it shortly after my arrival it was not fixed during my stay.Also, on 4 mornings there was no hot water for a shower - this was very uncomfortable to deal with and I mentioned it to the front desk three times.

Middel class hotel not so far from city centre. It has a parking possibility.

Pilar! Aviso a hispanohablantes con inglés y/o alemán lamentables (no es mi caso): ella os salvará. ;) Very helpful staff with Pilar at the front. Subway and railway station next to the hotel. Good relation quality/price. Network wire in the rooms.

My individual room was noisy. Boiler (?) next to my room. Trains passing near can be bothersome for people with light sleep. Not indicated to rest during the day. By night my sleep was undisturbed, thought.
