Friendly attentive staff, recently refurbished room Location, whilst near to U-bahn, is not ideal - it seems to be surrounded by sex shops. |

suprisingly large 4-persons room, clean hotel, very close to Prater, I believe the best choice for the money we could pay there is no airconditioning so the windows must be kept open in the summer which allows noise from the street |

Very clean, friendly helpful staff, easy to get to Vienna city centre. air conditioner would be nice, quite hot in the rooms, next to railway lines so with the window open noise of the trains. |

The hotel is located quite near the Praterstern underground / transport hub and this is very convenient as it is not really walking distance from the old town of Vienna. Also very close to the Prater park Railway line runs right along the back. General area of Vienna appeared very run down. Witnessed staff being decidedly unhelpful to both ourselves and others. Limited breakfast options and a positively dangerous hot drinks dispenser. General decor very tired, room did not even have a plug in the sink and part of skirting board off from wall. |

Close to the city, acceptable price. Noisy area (big street in front, train in the back) and no airco system. We were located on the third floor (rooms located in the roof) and it was very hot. |

Good location, and spacious room. Helpful staff at reception. The U-Bahn travels close by and the noise may be a problem for some. |

Although I am Wheel Chair User, and I can walk only a few meters, I stayed very confortablly. The young gentlman at the reception was very helpful and enthusiastic to make our stay pelesant providing lots of information which actually made our stay in Wien so enjoyable. The restrarant next door which he reccomennded was so nice that we do not dine at the city center at all ! The room window facing the passeage. If you remain open tha curtain, people are pasinng by whilebIwas lying on the bed. |
