They didnt have an option to cancel even 2 weeks before ie, 100% charge for any cancellation. They could not help when we mentioned that one of the family members was sick and we had to cut short the trip. They just quoted the rule book and said that we would have to forego the amount paid. The hotel had no air conditioning when it was so hot. We asked for a fan which was to have been there as per front desk but were told that it may be provided if available. The parking was expensive. Breakfast had very limited variety. All this for 110 eur per night - we regretted our decision to book this hotel.

good advice on where to eat and drink from staff at reception.

requested a non-smoking room, got there and room smelled like an ashtray.

Our room was comfortable and had a very stylish modern design. The reception staff were really kind, efficient and helpful. Our room was clean. They changed the towels every day during our 4 night stay. The breakfast was good, the staff who prepared it put on a lovely smile making our "morning mood" better. The hotel has a perfect location, close to the U-Bahn (metro) station. The most important thing we could feel is: they do care........ Thank you for our lovely stay!

Our room was lovely,quite comfortable,very warm in a general cold Vienna and also very clean. In addition,the staff was kind and the receptionist always very helpful.Also,a big advantage is that the hotel is located next to the public transportation system(train,underground (U lines) and tram).It was so easy to go everywhere! Generally speaking,we did really enjoy our stay in the hotel!

Breakfast was a little bit poor but the quality of it was good enough.

my experience was so-so. I guess the location is fair as it is near the metro station.

Proximity of the Prater amusement park

Staff are rude, rooms are filthy and the hotel is incredibly noisy - you can hear the train go by every 10 minutes or so even during the night (it is located just next to an S-Bahn station). I would not recommend it to anyone.

It's a good hotel placed near at the Pratestern (4min walking). The employees are very kind.

The people were ok and the breakfast was quite good.

The room was old and a bit shabby. Carpet very old. Beds were just adequate but clean. Pillows ordinary. I suppose you can,t complain for the price but it really was in need of a refurb. In the end our stay was not too bad but I suppose I should just spend more money if I wanted better. When we tried to change our booking on Booking.com we found that we couldn't so had to go ahead.

The only window was a skylight which would not stay open: I used a coat hanger as a prop.

The staff there is very friendly, forthcoming and enthusiastic. The location is good as well.

The hotel seems to be on its last leg. Things are falling apart though the staff makes super-human efforts to keep it running. If you can put up with these crumbling facilities, this serves as a good base.

I really loved this hotel. I was a little upset about the non-refundable room at first, but that was my own fault for not checking into that at first. I like small family run hotels that have good breakfasts! Great location next to Prater Park and Prater Station. Parked the car and did not have to drive it the whole rest of the trip. Triple room was really big, and the kids loved it! The hotel was within walking distance to the Hunderwasser Museum.
