Nice hotel room and good location, although it may be less comfortable when you are staying on the railway side of the hotel. Short distance to the underground and friendly employees.

The hotel is well located which is not too far from the city centre and the bus station. There was no telephone access in my room No. 313, the soap holder in the bathroom was broken, no curtain was fixed on the sun roof and the maid servants were unable to communicate in English or French. Besides the menu for the breakfast must be reviewed and during winter more hot meals should be made available to clients.

The room, in which we lived, was very convenient and spacious. All personnel of hotel is professional, friendly and affable. Breakfasts in hotel were tasty and various. Hotel localization is very convenient. In a room there was very strong cigaret smell. Very strong noise from the street all nights long prevented to sleep. Cleaning of a room was very bad. Other room for washing and an ironing of linen isn't repaired, the iron is old, from it water flew.

Not much, low cost and fairly basic services. Small rooms, busy street outside. When asking for a taxi at 5 am they called some obscure service that overcharged for the trip to the airport - what do you do at that time in the morning whan you have a plane to catch?

Our room was comfortable and had a very stylish modern design. The reception staff were really kind, efficient and helpful. Our room was clean. They changed the towels every day during our 4 night stay. The breakfast was good, the staff who prepared it put on a lovely smile making our "morning mood" better. The hotel has a perfect location, close to the U-Bahn (metro) station. The most important thing we could feel is: they do care........ Thank you for our lovely stay!

Our room was lovely,quite comfortable,very warm in a general cold Vienna and also very clean. In addition,the staff was kind and the receptionist always very helpful.Also,a big advantage is that the hotel is located next to the public transportation system(train,underground (U lines) and tram).It was so easy to go everywhere! Generally speaking,we did really enjoy our stay in the hotel! Breakfast was a little bit poor but the quality of it was good enough.

Stayed there just one night on the way to Budapest, the price was really cheap. Overall, it was better than most budget hotels! Very good breakfast included in the price, nice and helpful staff, close to the railway station and metro stop "Praterstern", parking place available for 12 euros. Apartment for 4 was quite big with nice bathroom and furniture. I would recommend it for travellers and tourists. Noisy during the night because of the passing trains behind the hotel. The center is 2-3 metrostops away.

Proximity of the Prater amusement park Staff are rude, rooms are filthy and the hotel is incredibly noisy - you can hear the train go by every 10 minutes or so even during the night (it is located just next to an S-Bahn station). I would not recommend it to anyone.

The people were ok and the breakfast was quite good. The room was old and a bit shabby. Carpet very old. Beds were just adequate but clean. Pillows ordinary. I suppose you can,t complain for the price but it really was in need of a refurb. In the end our stay was not too bad but I suppose I should just spend more money if I wanted better. When we tried to change our booking on Booking.com we found that we couldn't so had to go ahead.

It's very close to one of the main stations in Vienna (Wien Praterstern), easy access to the city center by tram. Staffs were kind and friendly. It'd be nicer, if there were a bit more amenities, such as a water-heater.
