És un hotel comfortable amb una bona ubicació a la ciutat de Salzburg L'hotel disposa d'un pàrking proper, però en un altre edifici i per tant no s'hi accedeix directament. |

Staff helpful from first arrival and hotel was as we expected. Location to city centre good. Also requested quiet room which we got. Breakfast room very busy and noisy, far too small for such a large hotel. However breakfast itself was good. |

The hotel is big and the place was near the old town (historical buildings) in Saltzburg, the internet was free and the breakfast was good but not included. Well, the room is small and a bit dusty, for those who have allergy it is not good, the room really needs improvement. I think for the price I paid I could have stayed in a better hotel. And the hotel is huge,I prefere small and more exclusive hotels. The hotel is good but not 4 stars... |

Had a super time at the pitter - room was clean and spacious as we got an upgrade on arrival I think because I have told them when booking that my sister was 40. The spa was also lovely and we used it every day. The location is very good and a short walk into the old town. . |

The central location was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. Beer Garden in back of hotel was very convenient! Bathroom in both the rooms we booked smelled horrible. We were able to have the moldy shower curtain in one of our rooms replaced, which helped. Outside noise is one of the rooms we book was very loud and bothersome. |

The staff dealing with me in un proffisional way and they told me when i arrived there i have to pay more than that amount i saw it in your website !!!! But after i discuss that with them they said we are sorry and you are right !!!!!!! |

There was something wrong with the hotel electricity, no electricity at night for 1 to 2 hours all nights i stayed there, and i really didnt rest all the nights i stayed at that hotel. Noisy and helpless reception people while no electricity. |

The location was great. We could walk to the old city centre easily. It was very close to Mirabelle gardens and the Paramount bus tour office. I did not like the fire alarm at 10 pm in the evening. |

Good location, walking distance from main train station and bus stops. Great breakfast buffet. Pitter garden downstairs restaurant had a good menu at fair price. Unfriendly young receptionists w no smiles. they always looked annoyed. Didn't look like there was any managers around. WiFi fee is a steep 20euro.2 free computers in the lobby were almost always taken by middle eastern kids who are playing games for hours in the evenings. Same for the tiny pool. If u need internet, just pay the price. Don't let their web photos of the hotel fool u. I imagined the shiny well-maintained lobby and rooms and expected a 4-star feeling from this hotel but found this hotel another run down place with not happy employees. |
