The reception workers were very helpful.

The only restaurant which was opened in the hotel to have dinner was the Pitterkeller. Don't go there! The service was terrible; we waited very long time until we were served, and the food... no need to waste your time describing it.

Excellent facilities and staff. Great Breakfast.

The rooms could possible be renovated, feeling a little stale.

Good central position with access to the 'Old Town'. Breakfast included is a very good plus and e-mail (free access) also very good when some 5 * hotels charge for this e.g. Charles Hotel, Munich.

Very poor staff reception when arriving in the rain i.e. bring your own luggage in. No help to and from room with luggage and no ramp for heavy suitcases between lobby and lift. Reception staff seemed stuck behind their desk and were more worried about umbrella return than guests comfort. Car park is tricky to find.

Very friendly and centrally located hotel. No complaints and would ceretainly recommend.

Most of the staff spoke very good English, were very polite, friendly and helpful, and did their best to fulfil all requests. There was a good range of food choices, with the Pitter Kellar providing typical Austrian meals at reasonable prices.

The swimming pool was too small for 'proper' swimming, being more like a plunge pool.

Convenient location to the City, wonderful garden, buffet breakfast was superb, staff were very helpful, very friendly especially the reception staff.

Well located just 10 minutes from Salzburg main train station, and 10 mins walk to the old town. The standard of room is very good.

It was a littled impersonal, decorated in typical European corporate style where it could have been in any European City. The bedroom size was adequate but not particularly generous.

The reception is the first contact with the customer, the rest is added extras.

The room was very small, two open suitcases and two persons could not fit in. I was reserving two rooms, the other was for a couple, I was asking for a double room. They received a twin.

Size of the room really very tiny.
