En general todo es satisfactorio. Su situación es ideal para visitar Salzburg, la habitación amplia y bien equipada y el resto de los servicios como el Restaurant o el Spa muy recomendables. |

Muy buena ubicación, parking, atención excelente, en la recepción hay dos computadoras que se pueden utilizar sin costo Que no tenga wifi free en las habitaciones. No pude usar internet con mi iphone |

El precio. Muy barato. Nos hicieron un upgrading. Se nota que ha venido a menos, pero esa bajada de servicios y glamour ha sido correspondida con un bajada importante en los precios Un problema con un recepcionista que me contestó mal sin estar aparentemente presionado ni haber habido motivación anterior |

Was in a central position and you could walk anywhere around the beautiful town. Staff were always very helpful, assiting with bookings for tours wanted. |

The room is very clean and the breakfast is great. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only 10-15 minutes walk from the old town. The pillow is too flat and soft. |

The nice location to all the public transportation. The electric water heater may hasnt been cleaned so when heating water, you would find stains in the water. |

Good position - good dining - friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Threadbare stairs carpets give a poor impression. Lounge area had mostly formal seating no soft furnishings e.g. sofa's - not conducive to relaxing with a book. Early morning tea/coffee not replenished until requested. |

The reception workers were very helpful. The only restaurant which was opened in the hotel to have dinner was the Pitterkeller. Don't go there! The service was terrible; we waited very long time until we were served, and the food... no need to waste your time describing it. |

In the center, the hotel staf helped me a lot with my questions, planing,. They smile, had a lot of patience. The breakfast was wonderful. I usually do have so much good things to say..but here I feel I really want too. |

Good central position with access to the 'Old Town'. Breakfast included is a very good plus and e-mail (free access) also very good when some 5 * hotels charge for this e.g. Charles Hotel, Munich. Very poor staff reception when arriving in the rain i.e. bring your own luggage in. No help to and from room with luggage and no ramp for heavy suitcases between lobby and lift. Reception staff seemed stuck behind their desk and were more worried about umbrella return than guests comfort. Car park is tricky to find. |

Most of the staff spoke very good English, were very polite, friendly and helpful, and did their best to fulfil all requests. There was a good range of food choices, with the Pitter Kellar providing typical Austrian meals at reasonable prices. The swimming pool was too small for 'proper' swimming, being more like a plunge pool. |
