バスタブ付の部屋をリクエストしており、チェックイン時にリクエストに応えられるとのレセプションのコメントがあったにも拘らず、部屋はシャワーのみで、クレームすると空きが無いとの答えで暫くすったもんだした後、暫く待たされた後、漸くバスタブ付の部屋を確保できた。

Was in a central position and you could walk anywhere around the beautiful town. Staff were always very helpful, assiting with bookings for tours wanted.

The nice location to all the public transportation.

The electric water heater may hasnt been cleaned so when heating water, you would find stains in the water.

The reception workers were very helpful.

The only restaurant which was opened in the hotel to have dinner was the Pitterkeller. Don't go there! The service was terrible; we waited very long time until we were served, and the food... no need to waste your time describing it.

In the center, the hotel staf helped me a lot with my questions, planing,. They smile, had a lot of patience. The breakfast was wonderful. I usually do have so much good things to say..but here I feel I really want too.

Rooms were very comfortable and spacious, excellent leisure facilities and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very helpful staff, we needed some medical assistance and they took care of me and my wife

Most of the staff spoke very good English, were very polite, friendly and helpful, and did their best to fulfil all requests. There was a good range of food choices, with the Pitter Kellar providing typical Austrian meals at reasonable prices.

The swimming pool was too small for 'proper' swimming, being more like a plunge pool.

Convenient location to the City, wonderful garden, buffet breakfast was superb, staff were very helpful, very friendly especially the reception staff.
