Most comfortable, clean, efficient reception, friendly staff. We only sayed for one nightand enjoyed our stay.

A luxurious hotel, beautifully furnished and decorated. Our room was a junior suite which was spacious & nicely furnished. Room had all the amenities such as coffee-tea, mini-bar, safe, hairdryer, bathroom amenities. Free internet in lobby. Two wonderful restaurants, excellent staff, Wonderful indoor pool. Close to metro and easy walk to sites.

Everything was perfect.

We liked the ambiance, service, standard of the rooms, quality of food and service in the resturant.

We chose this hotel because it had a gym, sauna, and swimming pool. The pool is very small and you can see people using the sauna area whilst you are in the gym and the pool which is not acceptable as they are using the showers and relaxation area naked.

The staff member we spoke to on arrival at the reception desk did do his best to accomodate our request for a quiet room and upgraded our booking to a room facing the inner courtyard as we had initially requested. This made our stay much more restful and pleasant. We also enjoy the excellent breakfasts, and dining areas, the friendly and attentive staff and the central location.

We had specifically asked for a quiet room facing the inner courtyard, since we were staying for four nights and on our previous visit couldn't open the window of our room because of traffic noise from the street below. We were therefore disappointed that although we booked in advance and were looking forward to a quiet and much needed holiday, we had been put in a room above the street. We feel people staying for a longer period than one or two nights should be given the quieter rooms. We were also disappointed that there was no opportunity to use the wireless internet in the business centre during the first two days of our stay because of a conference. Business and professional guests, even on holiday, sometimes need to work.

Room was clean and functional. Had tea and coffee making facilities which a lot of European Hotels do not have, so that was a great plus. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. location good for sightseeing in Salzburg and for excursions. breakfast very good also

The friendliness, helpfulness and general courtesy of the staff - particularly Harry in the Plaza Bar who was a real 'gem'.

Crowne Plaza is excellent choice for many reasons. Location is perferct because it´s near consert places, only 10 minutes walk to old town and shopping area, museums etc. It is beautiful hotel, breakfast is good, staff is very friendly and helpfull. It is also quiet and peacefull, any kind of noice didn´t disturb us.

Staff was very helpfull and always responsive to our needs. We were upgraded to a suite, which was a nice touch:)

I'd like to see better curtains next time to be able to sleep in later in a dark room since dawn breaks at around 5am!
