Perfect location for my purposes, very good price
very old towels
Excelent price Suggest to the new rooms for only 10€ Near city center (only 3 stations) Near Hauptbanhof (only 5 stations) Looks coming from another era
Looks coming from another era Wooden noisy floor Noisy if open window
Family room is comfortable ,metro station is in front of hotel .
The hotel is 20 meters from the subway station. It is quite convenient in public transportation to the center. The hotel receptionist are quite polite and have good service quality for some personal requirements. I appreciate this. What's more, the wireless network is non-barrier and with fast speed. Almost everything works well.
Two double rooms were large and well apointed I had asked for adjacent rooms as one of our party had downs syndrome and we got oppisite rooms at end of corridor.
Being Irish I would have liked a bar but that is not a complaint.
I just love it, always stay if they have available room
Outstanding decor and finish of the room and bathroom in the renovated section. Subway station (Margaretengürtel) just a few steps away.
Too far from downtown for a casual stroll.
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful except for some blond women who I believe was the owner.
My phone did not work, the room was run down and lacked maintenance (missing handles on doors, old run down and broken furniture), the room safe did not work, the elevator did not work so I feel sorry for those staying on the 5th floor. Overall the hotel is equivalent to an old toilet.
Perfect location. Friendly staff. I like this hotel!
The stuff was friendly.
The general facilities and the room looks pretty old and with old smelly carpets and tappets on the walls with holes. We had a problem with our drain in the bathroom, that wasn't dealt with even after asking the front desk.
Staff are very helpful and supportive. Good location. Nice breakfast.
The staff was friendly. Our room was very big and clean. Was perfect with infrasauna und jacuzzibath what i did not expect. The breakfast was super! And the location is good the metro station is a few minutes on foot.
-the location is excellent! Subway station is just couple minutes away and you never have to wait long for the next train, so it was easy to get to everywhere -breakfast was good -overall we had a great stay: it was clean, staff was great, good location for a very affordable price...
-the pillows were not that good but we managed
old and worn walls, narrow bathroom. Everything looks not clean, especially the bathroom. The comment of the employee at the front desk was: " what you expect for 48 euros per night - you get what you pay for. For 50 euros without breakfast I was in far better hotels in Vienna. The price in booking was announced as a special offer with more than 50% discount. From the hotel told me that they never have had price over 60 euro.
Everything was good. No Complains!
1. Location - Approx 1 min walk from the Tram Location. 2. Park in front of the hotel 3. Good spread of breakfast. 4. Rooms were nice and spacious. Stayed for 4 nights on Sep.
1. Was not allowed to use kitchen services (i.e. microwave). I needed that to heat the baby food. I had to request a close-by restaurant to allow warming the baby food. 2. Attitude of people at the front desk - two out of the three sounded rude. 3. Carelessness - I had previously done a booking, and then cancelled it well in advance. Later i did another booking. However my credit card was charged as "No Show" for the cancelled booking also. Luckily i saw my card statement and inquired about this at the front desk. The person at the desk did the following i) showed me the status as cancelled in his system. ii) admitted that somehow even after seeing the cancelled status, went ahead and charged by card. (this was a surprsie). iii) when i inquired that he won't do that again after i left...said "Just hope that i don't". iv) refunded the "No Show" charges.
Great hotel accommodation in every aspect. Very modern room and bath.
Location is a bit further out from the center.
We were given a premium room with a small additional cost, a very spacious and well appointed triple room on the top floor. What we like is that the staff tried very hard to give us the best that is available. They are always helpful with useful information.
Would be good if the lift is a little bigger, so we don't have to make 2 trips to get our luggage up.
Only the room size
First we were given a room that was extremely dirty, nasty toilet, very dirty bath-tub with the floor all messed up. The room did not have any phone and very bad lighting! we were forced to pay 10€ to upgrade to the a better type of room. The new room was only fairly good but still had it own problems. Its floor was still dirty and the beds were not comfortable. Still the lights in the room were not sufficient. Overall, we will never go back to this hotel. We were lucky that we were there only for 1 night.
Close to the subway
-Electricity came on and off in the bathroom by itself - no slippers - no mini refrigerator - beds uncomfortable - toilet smells
good location, rich breakfast buffet, very good value for the money
the room was a little dark, especially the bathroom could use a further light.
Location is very good, just 50m from the metro stop. Rooms very very neat with nice decor. Friendly staff, very good breakfast.
the bed! firm and wide! close to underground train.
Good sleep even thru we was on noisy side with road
