The breakfast at the terrace, with a wonderful view, the staff was very helpful and the snacks from the bar were delicious The bathtub should have a wider glass so the water from the shower doesn´t wet the entire bathroom, and the wi-fi service is not very god at the bedrooms, just at the lobby. |

The view, heated towel rack, front desk staff, breakfast buffett, terrace, strawberry martini's, and the location. It was just a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay. Thank you Hotel Stein! Nothing about the hotel, the weather was rainy there fore our internet wouldn't work, but nothing the hotel could do about that. |

Well the location is good except that it is a bit difficult to pull up alongside it. The bathtub is way too high for a handicapped person. My foot slid into the glass door and bled profusely. I am diabetic and this was a nightmare for me. I told thomas and 2 others and they could care less. No accident report was done. I informed them I would be seeing my doctors and I would be in touch. See above. The room was nice, bettina was great on email. The restaurant was smoky and filled with non hotel clients which made it hard for the hotel guests to enjoy it. Breakfast was so so. It was supposed to be ready by 7:30 am, but it was not. Eggs and coffee took another 30 minutes. Could not wait as I had a flight. Very disappointed with that. |

Great location of the hotel- walking distance to the "old town" Nice terrace on 7th floor with amazing view. Staff was very helpfull, there was nothing that they could not arrange hotels parking was about 300 m away and pretty expensive. Rooms were a bit low(low ceiling) and too warm |

The staff were excellent and extremely helpful with any request we had. The roof terrace is possibly the best place to be in Salzburg if you want a beautiful view of the city with a drink in your hand! It would have been nice if there had been a small selection of refreshments (water/ tea/ coffee) in the room. |

the location is simply great! the hotel has a long history in salzburg. the terrace-bar in summer is a very "in" place to be. very nice hotel! the staff was a bit shy but friendly enough to feel comfortable. there was no mini bar in the room. but due to the price it was ok. |

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very good. The size of the room and the bathroom were large. The breakfast was good but the coffee not so good. Our room was so dark, even with every light in the room turned on, we could hardly see. I felt as though I were going blind. We had a car and the parking was located about 3 blocks away, that was a big hassle. I probably would not stay there again. You had to walk up half a flight of stairs before reaching the elevator. |

Location is absolutely perfect, directly on the banks of the river with a 2 minute walk to Altstadt in one direction and a 2 minute walk to night life and Mirabel castle in the other direction. The rooftop bar, Stein Terrasse is a very hip and trendy place and a excellent spot to start or end the night with a coffee or cocktail. The price on booking.com was unbeatable, 50% less then other guests |

Hotel not busy so they kindly upgraded me and acted on my request of a river view as I was to spend some time in my room during my business trip. Rooftop bar a definate plus. Salzburg itself was beautiful Not having a restaraunt for the evening was not ideal luckily I like to explore so found alternative easily despite the -10 temperatures |
