Ubicación perfecta para visitar la ciudad y sus lugares más emblemáticos.Vistas inmejorables,de postal.

Buffet desayuno escaso,no acorde con precio.

Su localización es excelente y las habitaciones están bien de tamaño.

Tiene un ordenador para uso público estropeado. El servicio de habitaciones no está a la altura del precio; te dejan la cama sin hacer, arrugadas las sábanas.. no reponen gel en el baño y no tienen servicio de peines, cepillo de dientes; solo un bote de gel y de manos, todo igual.. El desayuno es de media categoria.

Nos dieron una habitacion muy pequenya no acorde con lo contratado. Un dia a las 17 h. no estaba preparada la habitacion

Great location in front of Salzbach river overlooking great historic scenery! One of the world's BEST terrace on the 7th floor (in door and open patio with almost 360degree of Salzburg) - a must to have breakfast or a drink at night !

Room flooring very old and makes lot of noise when walking. Noise from the street. But after walking all day long we were crashing at night, so this did not bother us much. Note: You better call them to have them include free breakfast as they were doing it for all guests that showed up adhoc at the reception desk !

every thing is excellent espicially the staff .one of them is friendly helpful man his name is Bernhard.

it was close to the old city and everything we wanted to soo. Breakfast was excellent.

we were told there was parking and then there wasn't. No help with luggage and quite a trip several 10 steps to the lift. The front desk just pointed blankly around when asked where things were on the map.. I would not recommend this hotel to friends. This is the 8 hotel we have stayed in in Austria, Switzerland and germany and it was definitely the unfriendliess.

The hotel was very clean and especially the toilet was great. I think that the location of hotel and the rate are very good for all travelers. The breakfast also very good and the terrace has very good view of the castle and residents.

I was a little bit disappointed with the room compared to toilet but not bad.

The breakfast at the terrace, with a wonderful view, the staff was very helpful and the snacks from the bar were delicious

The bathtub should have a wider glass so the water from the shower doesn´t wet the entire bathroom, and the wi-fi service is not very god at the bedrooms, just at the lobby.
