音楽会場に行くには、便利でした。 ホテルは、総体的に便利な場所にあり、良いロケーションにあります。 第一日目、風呂のお湯の温度が、低く入れなかった。翌朝フロントに温度を上げるよう話すと、改善するといい- ました。 第二日目、入浴する時は、高い温度のお湯が出たが、途中で温度が下がり風邪を引きそうになりました。 最後の第三日目のみＯＫで、バスについては、非常に不満でした。 |

荷物をエレベーターに載せる前に階段があり（他のホテルも同じでしたが）荷物の運び込みに苦労した。 |

旧市街に近く、立地条件は非常に良い。特に屋上テラス（レストラン＆バー）からの眺めは非常に良い。The- location of the hotel is very good, a couple of minutes walk from the old town. Especially the view from the restaurant is very good. 旧市街側の部屋にあたると非常に景観がいいが、反対側の部屋からの眺めは絶望的。4つ星ホテルだが、荷物の- 運搬も手伝ってもらえなかった（ドアマン、ベルボーイもいない）。エレベーターの乗り口まで、階段があり大- きな荷物を持った女性だと困るかも。床がフローリング（木製）でギシギシ軋む。いずれもそれほど大きな問題- ではないが、4つ星という事を考えると多少気になる点ではある。The view from the rooms on the river side is very good, but from the room on the other side, nothing can be seen(only the wall of another building). There was no one who help carrying luggage. |

the location of the hotel is very nice near the the river and in the center of salzburg , the room is big with big king size bed , and the hotel stuff helps me with good room for my kids ,extra beds in same room it was little noisey,there was abar near of the hotel and at night the guys make lot of noise when they coming out from the bar until early moorning, beside the floor of the room is from the Wood Parquet which make sound when you walk,also you hear who is wolking in the other room sometimes |

Great location in front of Salzbach river overlooking great historic scenery! One of the world's BEST terrace on the 7th floor (in door and open patio with almost 360degree of Salzburg) - a must to have breakfast or a drink at night ! Room flooring very old and makes lot of noise when walking. Noise from the street. But after walking all day long we were crashing at night, so this did not bother us much. Note: You better call them to have them include free breakfast as they were doing it for all guests that showed up adhoc at the reception desk ! |

It was a great central location with an excellent rooftop terrace & bar We stayed in an executive room. It was extremely disappointing to find the shower door hanging off and no one could fix it during our short stay. |

it was close to the old city and everything we wanted to soo. Breakfast was excellent. we were told there was parking and then there wasn't. No help with luggage and quite a trip several 10 steps to the lift. The front desk just pointed blankly around when asked where things were on the map.. I would not recommend this hotel to friends. This is the 8 hotel we have stayed in in Austria, Switzerland and germany and it was definitely the unfriendliess. |

The hotel was very clean and especially the toilet was great. I think that the location of hotel and the rate are very good for all travelers. The breakfast also very good and the terrace has very good view of the castle and residents. I was a little bit disappointed with the room compared to toilet but not bad. |

The breakfast at the terrace, with a wonderful view, the staff was very helpful and the snacks from the bar were delicious The bathtub should have a wider glass so the water from the shower doesn´t wet the entire bathroom, and the wi-fi service is not very god at the bedrooms, just at the lobby. |

The view, heated towel rack, front desk staff, breakfast buffett, terrace, strawberry martini's, and the location. It was just a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay. Thank you Hotel Stein! Nothing about the hotel, the weather was rainy there fore our internet wouldn't work, but nothing the hotel could do about that. |

Well the location is good except that it is a bit difficult to pull up alongside it. The bathtub is way too high for a handicapped person. My foot slid into the glass door and bled profusely. I am diabetic and this was a nightmare for me. I told thomas and 2 others and they could care less. No accident report was done. I informed them I would be seeing my doctors and I would be in touch. See above. The room was nice, bettina was great on email. The restaurant was smoky and filled with non hotel clients which made it hard for the hotel guests to enjoy it. Breakfast was so so. It was supposed to be ready by 7:30 am, but it was not. Eggs and coffee took another 30 minutes. Could not wait as I had a flight. Very disappointed with that. |

Great location of the hotel- walking distance to the "old town" Nice terrace on 7th floor with amazing view. Staff was very helpfull, there was nothing that they could not arrange hotels parking was about 300 m away and pretty expensive. Rooms were a bit low(low ceiling) and too warm |
