天井が低く、部屋の床が傾斜しているように思える。歩くとギシギシ音がする。エアコンがないため裏通りの騒ぎでうるさく安眠妨害になった。エレベーターまでの５段の階段が辛かった。エレベーターがゆれがひどい。改装済みできれいとは書いてあったが、いたるところに古さが目立った。高級ホテルと言えるのかなと思った。朝食は非常にメニューが豊富で、おいしかった。従業員は感じが良かった。川に面した部屋だともっと印象はよかったかもしれない。部屋に冷蔵庫がないのは、不便だった。ロケーションはとてもよい。 |

It was fine really liked the room and male night receptionist was great and really helpful and friendly. In fact was really impressed with how nice all the people in austria were to tourists. Really had trouble with female receptionist not knowing anything about public transport system asked 2 different receptionist about catching bus to airport and they didn't know where I could catch it Left me with a big heavy case wondering around in rain trying to work it out In the end I hurt my neck and was sore all the next day. Would think that sort of request was pretty normal |

THe best part of the hotel was the fact that it is centrally located, and right on the river. It has a cafe on the roof with a beautiful view of the city, and the only one in town that has that. The rooms were old, and you had to keep the windows open for air at night. THere was alot of noise all night long, and sleeping was difficult. Plus the room was very expensive, except the breakfast was very good and worth it. |

The location was good One of the two rooms we got was a very small room, narrow. You could reach the walls with your fingers from one wall to the other. |

the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast was excellent. free internet in room. the view from the rooftop terrace overlookiing the city was superb. very centrally located and very easy to find and close enough to main train station to walk.
Single room was a bit small but sufficient.

Rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom immaculate and well appointed. The bar/restaurant on the terrace gave a wonderful view of the city. The reception staff were particularly helpful. Very little! The lighting in the room was not great. A good place for a short break, though the room on the small side for a longer one. |

Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. Fantastic view from the top floor bar/restaurant. Perfect location. Room was a little more cramped and hotel a little more weathered than it appeared in the photos. Overall, still a great experience. |
