Ligging is zeer leuk om de stad te bezichtigenDakterras /restaurant is een plus Toch,ondanks dubbele beglazing zeer lawaaierig,geen minibar , geen accesoires in de badkamers zoals scheermesjes, oorstokjes,etc...., slecht beelsd tv (niet scherp) |

het ligt centraal in salzburg de kamer was zeer deprimerend,donkere pijpela aan de achterkant van het hotel,grenzend aan een steeg waar het 's nachts een vreselijk kabaal was! |

De bijzonder prettige ontvangst door het receptie personeel
Geen minibar, matige bediening en een matig ontbijt, het aangeprezen dakterras bleek hoofdzakelijk bestemd te zijn voor mensen uit Salzburg met als gevolg geen of nauwelijks plaats voor hotelgasten en verder geen rustige plek om wat te drinken binnen het hotel.

I liked the quality of the rooms and the amazing terrace. Also the breakfast buffet was very good. The only problem for those who have a car is that the garage at Mirabell is not very near. Otherwise, it is situated just across the old town! |

The room was clean and spacious (we were upgraded as it was our honeymoon). We had a fabulous view of the city. The breakfast buffet was good, plenty of choice. No tea/coffee facilities in room, no room service and no iron in room. Reception staff were very good. All other staff were unfriendly. |

Location Booked a non-smoking room which took staff a great deal of time and then reluctantly agreed to move us to another room which was inferior to the one booked. |

It was fine really liked the room and male night receptionist was great and really helpful and friendly. In fact was really impressed with how nice all the people in austria were to tourists. Really had trouble with female receptionist not knowing anything about public transport system asked 2 different receptionist about catching bus to airport and they didn't know where I could catch it Left me with a big heavy case wondering around in rain trying to work it out In the end I hurt my neck and was sore all the next day. Would think that sort of request was pretty normal |

THe best part of the hotel was the fact that it is centrally located, and right on the river. It has a cafe on the roof with a beautiful view of the city, and the only one in town that has that. The rooms were old, and you had to keep the windows open for air at night. THere was alot of noise all night long, and sleeping was difficult. Plus the room was very expensive, except the breakfast was very good and worth it. |

The friendliness of staff, building design Nightclub noise from street in early hours devastating, especially after travelling and disability, I have yet to secure a river room as a regular visitor |

The location was good One of the two rooms we got was a very small room, narrow. You could reach the walls with your fingers from one wall to the other. |

the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast was excellent. free internet in room. the view from the rooftop terrace overlookiing the city was superb. very centrally located and very easy to find and close enough to main train station to walk.
Single room was a bit small but sufficient.
