Понравилось только месторасположение....

За двое суток у меня в номере так и не удосужились убраться и поменять полотенца...!!!!! Интересно, у них такие правила или не хватает средств на уборщиц???? Мебель старая, было ощущение, что шкаф вот-вот рухнет...

The hotel is very good and rooms are very big and with modern style. Big bathrooms and very clean. The bar Terrasse, in the top of the building, is very nice and you can have a wonderfull breakfast, in the splanade, with a magnificent view to the Old Town.Trully the best view in town.

The problem is that at night the Terrasse turns in to a bar and is to noisy to the hotel clients, and till 1 am you have people coming up and down in the hotel stairs, running, jumping and making noisy, because the bar is one of cities best and it's allways crowded.

I liked that it was clean, and had modern equipment, and the location was good.

Our room was very small. The staff was not helpful. The waitstaff in the bar up at the top were rude. There is no elevator from the ground floor.

Excellent location, nice roof-top terace, big room, free wifi in the room (the web mentioned charged wired internet in the room), nice bathroom.

The location is awesome! Rooms were nicely decorated.

We had to park in a garage not so farfrom the hotel, but if ur tired from a long journey this is a minus point and they dont provide valet. The wooden floors in the rooms squeek whenever ur upstairs neighbor makes a move The sky lounge is very pretty, but the waiters are unfriendly.

Staff was great. Location fantastic. Bar on roof top was incredible. View was magnificent! Beds were very comfortable. Would come back again!

We were on our honeymoon and the management sent us a bottle of champagne to our room and gave us an upgrade. We loved our stay and would go again.

Very close to the old town of Salzburg. Modern design.

Breakfast was far too expense at 19€. The parquet floor had some spots that indicated it had not been cleaned.

Great central location (just a short walk to the old town and shopping streets) with a fantastic view from our room and from the rooftop bar. The room and the bathroom are very large, clean and confortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. A szálloda nagyon jó helyen található (csak egy rövid sétára van az óváros és a Getreidegasse). A szobánkból gyönyörű kilátás nyílt az erődre. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész és barátságos volt. A reggeli szerintem megéri az árát már csak a választék miatt is, na meg a kilátás sem utolsó.

The hotel location was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room had a lovely view.

The decoration was a bit over the top and outdated but apart from that, it was very good!

I had a wonderful stay. The price was very reasonable and for that I stayed in the centre of the town. I had an excellent room with bath, central heating, tv, telephone, everything very clean. The whole hotel had just recently been renovated, the staff were extremely helpful but best of all was the breakfast on the roof terrace, where you eat with the panorama of Salzburg around you.Magic.

the location was fabulous! River view & Castle view right out our window. Darling town. Hotel was understaffed. We couldn't get extra towels, service on rooftop was terrible. But fabulous location.

Hotel was very understaffed. We had a heating/airconditioning problem in our room & no one to come look at it. No one could bring us extra towels. We had leak in tub area & had to use all of our towels. which left us nothing to use for our shower the next morning.
